Tilghman Lakes by the Sea is located only steps from the beach in the Ocean Drive/Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach and has easy access to the beach. YOUR RENTAL INCLUDES : 2 UMBRELLAS, 4 BEACH CHAIRS, 3 BIKES, 2 BOOGIE BOARDS, 2 SKIM BOARDS, ARTIC BEACH COOLER AND A BEACH CART FOR TRANSPORT. ALL BED AND BATHROOM LINENS ALSO INCLUDED. These low-rise Condos are only three stories high on raised stilts providing parking underneath. There is an outdoor pool, hot tub (seasonal) and grill area. Unit #C3 is located on the top (third) floor and features two large private decks with fully equipped kitchen, and full size washer/dryer, Flat screen TV's in both bedrooms and living room, Family attractions, golf & miniature golf, amusement park, water sports & fishing are all in close proximity to the Tilghman Lakes by the Sea. We rent strictly to families and mature persons over the age of 24. Property is privately owned with beach themed décor. Linens are included. No Smoking allowed in Unit, balcony, or on either side of entrance. No Pets, Boats, Motorcycles, Golf Carts, Trailers, or RV's allowed. Unit has Ring Doorbell with motion sensor for security and package delivery notifications.

Our host, Joe, was awesome. Because this was a new experience for me I had questions and he responded very quickly to each one. He offered suggestions about places to eat and go. And the condo was terrific, it felt like a home he was sharing with us. We will definitely rent his condo again!

We were in town for a softball location, the condo was the perfect location. Close to the fields, within walking distance to stores, restaurants, just across the road from the ocean. Loved having a pool to choose fron as well. Would definitely stay again. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The host was amazing and made sure we had an excellent stay.

Our stay went very well. Joe was extremely gracious and helpful during our stay. This is close/walkable to the beach. Everything you needed to enjoy the beach was provided.The accommodations were great, 2 nice size bedrooms/baths. Wonderful host and property

The host of this property deserves more than 5 stars, more like 10, Joe is very friendly, informative and more than accommodating. He allows use of his beach cart which is very convenient and use of beach chairs if needed. The condo is very spacious and clean and close proximity to all attractions. We can’t thank him enough for making our short getaway relaxing. 10/10 recommend booking, we definitely will be looking to book again soon!

Tilghman Lakes C-3

We had a very good experience. The property was in a great location with easy access to the beach. We enjoyed the outdoor seating and the accompanying breezes. All appliances were in good working order. Seating and beds were comfortable and in good condition. Would definitely go back to this location again.

Winter Vacation

The property was perfect for my wife and I. It was exactly as advertised, close to the beach, and the owner was outstanding to deal with. Who could ask for more! We enjoyed our stay and would stay at this property again.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Joe was super easy to work with and communicated very well from beginning to end. He went above and beyond to make our stay great. The condo is very nice. Spacious, well furnished and clean. We enjoyed the location; close to many stores and restaurants, yet a very quiet section of Myrtle Beach. It was an easy walk to the beach, with a main crosswalk and a beach access with a bathroom just a block away. We appreciated all the equipment Joe provided-beach chairs, umbrellas, beach cart, bikes. That made our trip a lot easier as we didn’t have to bring all that from home. The parking is on the bottom level of the condo; we appreciated that, as we didn’t have to load/unload in the rain and we were able to park in the shade. The property was real nice too; quiet and a nice pool. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful host!

Host was extremely kind and generous and always attentive to any need. He Made our stay wonderful. Location is so great. Close to the ocean- just a five minute walk. Pool on property was a nice break from the sand. Will return!

Great Stay

Amazing experience

The property is perfect, from location to amenities. By far the best place we've stayed at in NMB. Mr Joe was incredibly helpful and responsive. Though tropical storm Debby cut our trip short, it was still an amazing time. We can't wait to come back next summer! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We enjoyed our stay at the location. It was convenient to the courses we played and the beach, It was of a good size for the two of us. The only thing missing per my roommate was the golf channel on the tv.

Great stay

Perfect location. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub on the property. Also had fun bike riding. You can walk to grocery store if you need a few items as well as a few restaurants.Would recommend to others.Jo communicated with us several times to ensure a smooth check-in.

Beach Place is newly renovated, with outdoor dining, new flooring, new appliances, new bedding, linens and towels. Covered parking, outside grill, only steps to the beach. Close to grocery, dining, shopping, golf watersports and of course the ocean.

Beach Place comes with all you will need for you time away from home. We will provide four Beach Chairs, two Umbrellas, Beach Cart with Cooler and all of your linens with 2 large bath towels, face towel and washcloths. Keurig Welcome station, Fully stocked with all appliances you could possibly need on vacation
