The space

• A fully-equipped modular kitchen that has induction with chimney, basic utensils, cutlery, fridge, microwave-oven, water purifier, electric kettle, toaster, washing machine.

• Inverter available for your comfort with back up for 2-4 hours (Since power outage are common in Goa, we’ve got you covered with a partial backup that ensures that the lights and fans are working all the time).

• The housekeeping services will be provided everyday so that everything remains clean during your stay.

Guest access
Guests have access to their entire 2 BHK apartment. This includes :

• They can also access the shared spaces in the complex comprising the swimming pools(9AM – 6PM), in house restaurant and bar(Chargeable) and lush garden.

Other things to note
• Breakfast is not included - however, a kitchenette is provided where you can make or reheat all your meals. Alternatively, you can download the "Zomato" and "Swiggy" apps on your phone and get food delivered right at your doorstep. Delivery Facility available, number and menu will be provided.
• One Original copy of each guest is required. We will keep the soft copy of the same for our own records.

MOBILE & INTERNET COVERAGE
We have the best high-speed broadband internet connection. Please note that mobile/cellphone network in Goa in general can be erratic but inside the house its fairly good.

EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT
An early check-in or late check-out can be provided, based on our availability and cleaning schedule.

EXTRA GUESTS
This space comfortably fits 4. Upto 6 guests can be accommodated in the apartment with extra bedding/mattress which could be made available. Ask the caretaker to help you with it.

HOUSEKEEPING
Our caretaker handles everything for you. He'll get the apartment clean and dishes at a time of your convenience, once a day between 10 am to 5 pm. Please note that, in our efforts to preserve water, we change towels and linen only upon request or with a maximum of after every 3 nights.

Laundry: The apartment comes with a washing machine. If you do not wish to wash your laundry, we can provide you with a contact of a laundry service, and you shall bear the charges of the same.
