I am a Florida native born and raised just 10 minutes from this property. I love showing people the area and as a local business owner I love to keep people connected as well. If you are staying with me and need a quiet place to work away from your family- I have that covered too and will include a free day for you in one of my coworking/flexible office spaces - one in Largo just 6 minutes away (CoLabR8 Seminole) or one in fabulous downtown St. Pete which is a must visit destination anyways - we are right on award winning Central Avenue known for its bars/ restaurants / breweries and shopping (Clear Labs )

Sidewalks and tree's. And it is 2 minutes from an awesome shopping complex with everything you need from a huge publix to panera, smashburger, starbucks, ups store, sushi (so yummy) ...you name it we have it right around the corner. Also, I live just 10 minutes away on the water so if anything comes up- I definitely have you!

HUGE lot and beautiful shade tree's- tons of privacy but still in a neighborhood. No rear neighbors, natural conservation (protected area) and that means we have extra parking for boat, cars, or even a small RV (no hook ups)
