This is a triplex (like a townhouse) and one side of the wall is shared with other units.

Pets are welcome but must be approved by the host before booking.
Let us know how many pets and what breed(s) you're bringing.

No pets on the furniture, please. There will be an extra cleaning fee if pets are found to go on furniture.

Pet Cleanliness
Pets must be clean and groomed.
If the unit smells like pets at checkout, a cleaning fee will apply.
We are fair but firm with this policy.

Unapproved late check-out will be penalized.

No Unauthorized Guests
Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

Cancellation Policy
We have a strict, non-refundable cancellation policy.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unexpected cancellations or travel delays.
