This is a 1 bedroom 1 bath unit with a nice private balcony with a great view of the ocean. The living room is comfortably furnished and has a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need for basic meal preparation.
The bedroom has a queen bed and there are 2 built-in bunks for extra sleeping, plus a double futon in the living room.
Due to tidal erosion, direct beach access in front of this condo may not be accessible during extreme high tides.
However, other accesses are a very short walking distance during these times.
The Topsail Reef condominium complex offers tennis courts and on-site laundry facilities. This is a great place to vacation at a great price.
Please Note: There is not a swimming pool currently available for Topsail Reef.

This property comes with a free linen package for weekly rentals ONLY, which includes: bed sheets, pillow cases, towels, wash clothes, bath mats, and kitchen towel sets. Any stay less than a week the linens will be a guest charge to be added to the reservation cost.
Check-in will be in person at the Coastline Realty rental office which is located at 965 Old Folkstone Rd. Suite 108 Sneads Ferry, NC 28460. ID’s will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a CHECK-IN PACKET that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. PLEASE DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO THE PROPERTY BEFORE CHECK-IN AS IT WILL ONLY DELAY THE PROCESS FOR YOU. IF HOUSEKEEPERS OR INSPECTORS SEE CARS IN THE DRIVEWAY, THEY WILL MOVE ON TO THE NEXT HOUSE AND YOU MAY MISS YOUR EARLY ROTATION WITH CLEANING/INSPECTING.
FOR LATE ARRIVAL CHECK-IN YOU WILL NEED TO CALL THE OFFICE (910-327-7711) BEFORE NOON ON YOUR CHECK-IN DAY TO RECEIVE AFTER HOURS CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS. PLEASE BE PREPARED TO FORWARD A DIGITAL COPY OF YOUR PHOTO ID (NAME MATCHING THE RESERVATION) TO THE OFFICE.
