The Northern Exposure - Beautiful Beachfront Condo Right on the Ocean.

Welcome to the Northern Exposure! Beautiful top floor beachfront condo with views of the North end of Topsail Island from the bedroom, kitchen and balcony (very few units have views from every room). Wake to a spectacular ocean sunrise from your bedroom window and then sip your coffee on your private balcony watching the dolphins swim by as the fishing boats head out to sea

Provided are: Free parking and Free WiFi! New Roku large flat screen TV, DVD Player, queen size sleeper sofa in living room. Stove, refrigerator and dishwasher in the well-appointed kitchen. Queen size bed and new Roku TV in bedroom. Set of bunk beds in hallway. Two bar height Adirondack chairs and table on balcony. Everything you need to make this your perfect getaway vacation spot.

Weekly (7 night) rentals only during beach season (Apr-Sept). Check in and out is only available on Saturday during this time. Off season rentals require a minimum 3 night stay but have flexible check in/out days. PLEASE NOTE that all bookings will now INCLUDE complete sets of linens and bath towels for your stay (this was the most requested amenity and we are happy to now be able to provide it). We also now have keyless entry (no more keeping track of keys).

Please check out the photos: This isn't simply near the beach or have a view of the beach, you are literally on the beach. The North end of the island isn't crowded even at peak season and provides you plenty of space to enjoy a quiet and relaxing stay.

SPECIAL NOTES FOR TRAVELERS:

Sandbags are in front of all Buildings in North Topsail and the beach directly in front of the building may not be accessible during high tide. There is always beach access and availability that is easy to get to by using the public beach access to the left of building 1 (our building) which is just a short walk away (please see photo).

Please take note that this is a 3rd floor condo with no elevator. While the 3rd floor provides breathtaking views, guests who may have difficulty ascending stairs with luggage, groceries, etc. should take this into consideration.

If you have any questions or concerns, PLEASE inquire. We want to make certain that you have a wonderful stay at the Northern Exposure.

This condo was such a cute and comfy stay! Loved the decor! Owner was great! Communication was on point and all instructions were clear! And the view from the balcony was amazing!! Highly recommend!!

We were only able to squeeze out 3 days, but they were amazing. Sea spray in your face from the balcony. Dolphins with your morning coffee and the sound of the waves to wash the stress away. Perfect for a couple.
Mornings so not dissapoint.
High tide gave way to a new game...Splash Stairs. Have a seat and enjoy! It's Brisk!
Morning coffee wont be the same....

It was the perfect beach getaway for our family of 4. The condo was clean and located in a quiet peaceful part of TopSail. There can not be a better view of the ocean from the balcony! It was HEAVEN.

Sandbag Beach

The property owner failed to disclose the severity of the “sandbags” on the beach. The 10 feet by 4 feet bags surround the entire unit and are stacked 10 bags high. You can walk over sandbags during low tide to get to a narrow beach area adjacent to the property. During high tide, you must walk on street to get to the beach. The back of the building is inaccessible during high tide. Asthetically unappealing to say the least; a total bummer, and very inconvenient, and unsafe. It’s very sad what’s happened to this area- full disclosure and pictures should be posted with the listing - Saying there are sandbags on the beach is a gross understatement. False advertising to say the least.

Lovely location, not ideal stay

The view from the property is excellent and really right on the water. The beach is highly eroded and it is not possible to access the beach from the condo during mid to high tide (as stated in the listing). The appliances are quite dated which made cooking food during the tropical storm challenging. We spent several days dealing with a leaking ceiling and very high humidity in the condo. Lack of amenities was frustrating for this price point— no soap, trash bags, toilet paper to even get you started . Communication with host was good and we appreciated the updates on the storm and potential for flooding.

North Topsail

Nice, a little smaller than anticipated, but cozy. Not much storage space. Bedroom and kitchen windows need sun blocking curtains. View was good. Not much beach at high tide. Overall, it was fine. Host were helpful with information and the rental process was easy.

Beautiful view!

This is my second summer staying here. I love it! Waking up to witness the sunrise is my favorite part of the day. The kitchen is nicely stocked and the linen service is incredibly convenient.

Relaxing Week

My husband and I had a great week of relaxing on the beach. This condo was plenty of room for the two of us. The host was in contact with me from the time I booked it, giving me a lot of helpful information. The keyless entry was great, not having to remember a key every time we went out. The place was clean and provided everything we needed. Outstanding views from the balcony, we were up two different days to see the sun rise.

Awesome Views and location

Location and the views are amazing. Communication with the host is spontaneous and was very helpful. We stayed during Hurricane Idalia and the host kept us updated with weather as well as potential flooding power outages. It is a 3rd floor condo so you have great views but also there is no elevator. The condo is tastefully decorated and clean. Condo is directly on the beach and close.

Great views and nice host!

The views from the balcony are absolutely stunning as you get to watch the sunrise every morning right from the balcony or the full-length kitchen window. Lisa is very responsive to messages and genuinely believes in guests having a comfortable and great experience at her place. We made wonderful memories as a family during our visit. Will definitely stay again if we get the chance!

Nice Condo on the Beach!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo directly on the beach. The view was amazing! The weather was great! We beached it everyday and we were very grateful for the handheld shower at the steps that made it very easy to clean us and all of our things off! We ventured out to the surrounding areas and enjoyed lots of great restaurants and activities like the Ghost Crab Hunt through Ecological Marine Adventures in Surf City. The kids learned how to catch and learned different things about ghost crabs. The kids loved it so much we went out the next two nights as a family hunting for ghost crabs at the condo. The condo owners were very helpful and attentive to any questions and concerns we had and had great communication with us!

Wonderful beach front community with everything you could ask for. Enjoy a quiet beach day dolphin watching, swimming, or walking the beach collecting ocean treasures while at the same time having everything you need (fine dining, shopping, etc.) close by.

Overlooks North end of Topsail Island with a view from every room. Very few units have this feature. You wake to an unobstructed view of a spectacular ocean sunrise from your bedroom window.
