It's a short drive to the Torrey Pines Golf Course & State Park. Its next to restaurants, family & nightlife activities, & public transportation. The complex has a brand new heated Pool & Jacuzzi, gaming & laundry rooms, beach amenities, & on site support staff. Perfect for all types of guests.

Getaway with grandkids

The location of the Sand Pebble timeshare condos is close to restaurants and shopping. The walk to the beach is close but includes a very long staircase to the beach. A half mile down the road is Fletcher's Cove, a very family friendly park and beach. Again, access is steep for strollers or wagons. The term "luxury" in the title of the condo listing is misleading. It is not luxury but comfortable with minimal additions in the kitchen and bathrooms. Bring shampoo and conditioner. There were plenty of dishes and silverware. The beds were very comfortable! The pool was great as was the hot tub. The Jack and Jill bathroom upstairs was well designed with a sink for each room and a shared toilet and shower. Downstairs was a full bath. The grounds were well kept and the pool cleaned each morning.

Nice location but not great for small kids

The condo doesn't have air conditioning. We were unaware, and the humidity was rough for our young kids trying to nap and fall asleep at night. Very barebones unit and appliances, but it was clean. Check in during business hours doesn't guarantee you get into the condo. The front desk staff was off for dinner, and we were expecting to wait 40 mins in the parking lot. Staff was super kind and came up when I called the off hours line. Another small thing to consider. Wouldn't stay again, but nice location and clean. Would have been fine without our 2 and 4 year olds.
