This unit offers an open concept living area: The kitchen, dining, living room, and balcony are all contained openly together on the second floor, and they boast an incredible ocean view of Torrey Pines State Beach! Sea Casa is housed in a Del Mar beach community that features community pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, a sand volleyball court, and even a children's playground! This 2-bedroom condo also offers a BBQ and table and chair set on the downstairs outdoor patio, perfect for preparing and eating homemade meals. There is a washer and dryer onsite in the garage, 3 TVs with Chromecast, and great wifi for the worker bee in the family. You can walk to Torrey Pines State Beach too, pulling the provided wagon that will carry your family's supplied beach gear. The Del Mar Race Track and Village are also only a short drive away. -Pet friendly - One pet allowed. Fee $50 per night. We only accept dogs. Please inquire about other pets allowed with our Reservations Department. ONLY SMALL BREEDS ACCEPTED - UNDER 30LBS. If you bring furry friends, we ask that you do not allow them outside during quiet hours, as neighbors are very sensitive. Please do not leave your pets alone unattended during your stay.
- There shall be no video, still photography, or film production of any kind without the express written consent of the owner.
- Please note that early check-ins and late check-outs are available at our discretion. There are extra fees for either of these add-ons when available.
- SMOKING: This home and all Vacation Rentals by Kimberly properties are strictly non-smoking. Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the premises. A minimum $250 fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found.
PLEASE NOTE!
- Please take note that this home is NOT baby and/or child proofed. It is your responsibility to walk the home and/or property upon arrival, to make this space safe for your children. We assume no liability for harm/death to any baby or child staying or visiting this vacation rental.
- There is exterior surveillance camera recording 24/7. The camera is located outside the front door
- The fireplaces are not for guest use.
CANCELLATION POLICY
• A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty, aside from a $500 restocking fee.
• Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment (not including deposit and cleaning fee).
• Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. If you wish to shorten your existing reservation with VRBKIM, and your reservation is further than 30 days away, we do charge a $100 restocking fee to make this adjustment.
Parties and Overoccupancy Policy:
• If the guest violates any of our rules regarding noise, parties, or overoccupancy, and the host receives complaints from neighbors, a $500 fine will be imposed per occurrence. In addition, should these allegations be found true, the guest will be subject to immediate eviction without a refund.
