Family Friendly

We needed extra space for visiting family close by to where we live in The Villages. It was perfect for our needs and convenient. They said the accommodations were great and they had everything that they needed to have a pleasant stay.

The property was excellent. When they said “turn key” they weren’t kidding. Very clean and nicely furnished. Use of the golf cart was great. I’m surely going to try and book this property again.

2 weeks in the villages

We loved the couch with the recliners & the tv had xfinity stations, which were used to. The villa was clean & it was nice to have some staples there, like coffee pods to get started. It just needs more light, like lamps or floor lamps beside the couches. But all in all, a great place to stay.

Great Little House!

Two Chicago ladies came to check out the Villages. This house was perfect for us. It was cozy, cute and clean upon arrival. Heather was super helpful when we had questions. We rented a golf cart through Heather and it was in the garage waiting for us. There were plenty of towels and welcome items for us. We used the single Keurig coffee machine and blender every day. We had a great stay!

Greats hosts with honest, easy communication! The villa is great and has everything you need for a great village vacation! Conveniently located near Spanish Springs square, stores and a nice variety of restaurants! We would stay here again!

John and Heather enjoy living in the Villages and all that it has to offer! We are Super Hosts from another property that we hosted last year, and just made this prior "home" available for short-term rental. The neighborhood is friendly, near wonderful restaurants, shopping and golf and country clubs! We love it, and so will you!

Why they chose this property

Many people don't realize that the "new" southern section of the Villages has very sparse shopping availability, plus a long drive to the fun "city" centers for entertainment. Our home is farther north-central, very close to Spanish Springs city center with entertainment,etc and Hwy 441 with lots of shopping such as Belk, Bealls (cruise wear), Publix supermarket and 2 Walmarts. Most restaurants and country club dining are a short drive away. This is an excellent location with beautiful, mature landscaping. Nancy Lopez, Glenview and Palmer Legend golf courses with restaurants and pro shops are just minutes away.

What makes this property unique

Our home has been modernized with luxury vinyl plank throughout, plus an upbeat, beachy vibe! Come out of the cold and enjoy the Villages at its best.
