Relaxing beach house getaway perfect for a couple or small group. This Studio size house is peaceful and centrally-located in the heart of Holly Beach. It comes fully equipped and is a short walk to the beach. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets while sitting on the porch. Go downstairs and enjoy the patio seating while putting something on the grill or boil seafood in the Boiling Pot and Burner provided.

Everything was clean and in place for our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials- salt, pepper, olive oil, other spices, etc. The bathroom was very clean and stocked with shampoo and body wash. The walk to the beach was very short and our view was incredible!! Our host, Ursula was amazing!! She invited us to her family's New Year's Eve Party, and everyone showed us extremely nice hospitality and made us feel like family. The check-out process was very easy as well, and for anyone considering a quiet getaway on the beach, I recommend Ursula, her properties, and the calmness of Holly Beach.

This place was so pleasing to the eye. It was exactly as described in photos. Very cute and smelled so good when we walked in. Location was nice. We could sit out and see the water from the front balcony. Definitely would stay here again.

I've stayed at a few properties in that neighborhood and this has been the best esperience so far. Check-in went off without a hitch. Everything was clean. All the appliances worked with no issues. The patio and deck were both great spots to hang out. Definitely will be renting here again.

Ursula was amazing. She was super responsive, and accommodating. The house is super cute, with all of the beach/fishing needs you could need. The outside area is perfect, though we didn’t use it. I would have loved to been able to. My only complaints is that the bathroom door does not close all the way or lock. It was a bit inconvenient but we managed. The request to bring the trash from the entire house to the dump I felt was a little outlandish, we were unable to accommodate this request since it had poured the night before, and I was in an SUV, but as a renter, I don’t want to have to run trash off site. Over all a wonderful stay. Would recommend!

This is a great place to stay, everything you need is there. All you need is whatever food you're gonna want and clothes. You can wash all of your clothes before you leave and they supply the washing powder and dryer sheets. Ursula (the owner) is super friendly and very helpful. The neighbors that live there all of the time are very friendly and everyone is always there to help if you need it. Meauxs fresh seafood is 1 street over and they have the best carbs and shrimp that you can buy. There's also golf carts to rent that's really nice going to the beach. Every time we go we stay here or the one beside it. Only downfall is the stairs and it's about 25 of them. Kinda gets tiring if you have to go up and down. Other than that no complaints.

The cabin was clean. The only complaint I had was a person, two houses down, blasting their music for three days during our stay. I did file a complaint with the local sheriff’s department. Otherwise, we had a good time.

I apologize for the issue you had with the blue light. It must have been accidentally turned on because we do not like it left on for the exact reason you gave. It can attract bugs. The switch to turn it off/on was inside next to the front door. It is next to the switch for the inside lights so sometimes people accidentally turn it on thinking it is for the inside lights. I hope you come back and if you ever have any issues again like this feel free to contact me.

Decent place smaller than advertised

First thing we saw when we opened the door was that there was no way 5 people could fit in this listing. Kitchen had a couple roaches crawling on stove upon arrival. Good area and a good ways away from anything to eat or do.

Owner was easy to reach with good communication. We couldn’t figure out the toaster oven and she came over and showed us how to use it. The whole neighborhood lost electric and she was really good about keeping is in the loop with the power restoration. The kitchen is well stocked. Plenty of towels and wash cloths in the bathroom. The description said sleeps 7 but we only found sleeping for 5 unless you bring an air up mattress and throw on the floor. I thought there was an actual bedroom but it’s more of an efficiency where it’s all one room. It would be nice to have a place to put your clothes like a dresser or closet. The closet that was there was used for the broom, vacuum and cleaning. Over all it’s a nice little stay with a good owner.
