Brand new construction built in 2023 twin home. Located close the the University of Utah, walking distance to public transit for easy access to downtown and the entire City. Close to ski resorts. Property features high end finishes and plenty of space for a large group. Property features three floors that you can stretch out in with three large bedrooms and three bathrooms. 1 car garage included as well as a small yard in the back to spend some time.

SLC ski and stay

Great multifloor, 3 bedroom 3 bath stay. good location with quality kitchen and comfortable living space. Visited daughter at the U and skied with friends and family. All positive remarks from every guest.

Solid place to stay

Great location close to downtown SLC. The neighborhood street is narrow. So, if you have a big truck you might have to park further from the townhouse.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a very comfortable stay at this property. The location is fantastic—very convenient and close to everything we needed. The host was excellent, providing timely reminders about garbage days and communicating clearly throughout our stay. It made the entire experience seamless. We would definitely love to return in the future! Highly recommend.
