Vintage Single Story Federal Heights Home

Welcome to our cozy home in the beautiful and quiet Federal Heights neighborhood in Salt Lake City. We are super close to the University of Utah and several nearby parks and activities. The home includes three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, dining room, full laundry room, kitchen, living space and tv room. The front and back yards are spacious and well kept. The backyard is fully equipped for outdoor dining and is a perfect spot to spend time with family and friends.

We so enjoyed our stay at Angela’s! As others have mentioned, it feels like grandma’s house. We loved the neighborhood and its proximity to the U of U. The outdoor space is also wonderful. Just lovely.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. Perfect for a family or work visit. We felt so well provided for with a fully stocked kitchen, bath, etc. Lovely neighborhood for a walk. Host was very helpful and responsive.

Cozy Family Home Close to the University

We loved staying at this immaculate home. Our son attends the U and we enjoyed the convenience of staying so close him. The house is cozy and well appointed for families to stay. We will definitely stay here again and again.

Great place in SLC!

Do not hesitate to book this place! Our group ranged in age from 30-78, and we were all comfortably and happy with the house for a graduation trip.The neighborhood is fantastic and the house is spacious and well stocked with fluffy towels, snacks, and plenty of kitchen supplies! It was also very clean!!!The host was responsive to my questions. Check in was simple!I wish we would have found this place 3 years ago when she started at the U.

Perfect stay

This house is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood near the University. It was everything we needed in a rental. The house was impeccably clean, with lots of little touches to make renters feel at home. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Salt Lake City.

Great Home in SLC

This is our third time staying at this house and it is always such a pleasant experience. The location and neighborhood are perfect for a family stay. The house is well appointed with everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. All of the beds are all very comfortable. Angela is extremely responsive when you have questions. I highly recommend this property. We will be back!

Wonderful & Comfortable Home

We had a lengthy stay in Salt Lake City over the Christmas holiday and couldn't have been happier with the home. The location was perfect and the owner so gracious and hospitable. The neighbors were wonderful as well! Hope to visit again.

Adult weekend

We were there for a concert at the Utah Utes stadium. Short walk to the stadium and located close to downtown. Great neighborhood and house.
