Welcome to our cozy home in the beautiful and quiet Federal Heights neighborhood in Salt Lake City. We are super close to the University of Utah and several nearby parks and activities. The home includes three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, dining room, full laundry room, kitchen, living space and tv room. The front and back yards are spacious and well kept. The backyard is fully equipped for outdoor dining and is a perfect spot to spend time with family and friends.

This home is a wonderful place for short or extended stay. The house is very clean, spacious, and welcoming. The host is quite attentive and very quick to respond. The house is in a quite neighborhood. There are many amenities in the house that make it feel like home. We would recommend this rental to anyone.

We so enjoyed our stay at Angela’s! As others have mentioned, it feels like grandma’s house. We loved the neighborhood and its proximity to the U of U. The outdoor space is also wonderful. Stress reducing stay

This is a beautiful miscentury modern home with many original features that are kept up amazingly. Communication with the host was excellent. We were traveling with 2 babies under two while one of their parents had surgery. The home had a den area and a children’s room with toys and books that made the stay easier. The yard is stunning and the house had all the amenities we could want. It is super close to the hospital and in a beautiful neighborhood that felt very safe.

Great place in SLC!

Do not hesitate to book this place! Our group ranged in age from 30-78, and we were all comfortably and happy with the house for a graduation trip.The neighborhood is fantastic and the house is spacious and well stocked with fluffy towels, snacks, and plenty of kitchen supplies! It was also very clean!!!The host was responsive to my questions. Check in was simple!I wish we would have found this place 3 years ago when she started at the U.

Great Home in SLC

This is our third time staying at this house and it is always such a pleasant experience. The location and neighborhood are perfect for a family stay. The house is well appointed with everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. All of the beds are all very comfortable. Angela is extremely responsive when you have questions. I highly recommend this property. We will be back!

Fantastic neighborhood location, very safe, very clean, very nicely decorated. I love the mid-century pink bathroom! Thank you for all the snacks, my kids appreciated them.

A flawless stay at this comfortable home. The hosts think of everything! I’ve have never had a home that has offered so many snacks, coffee, shampoo, conditioner etc. I’m excited to return when we find ourselves in SLC again.

Just lovely.

Perfect Weekend Get-Away

This house is perfect for a family trip. The location is amazing and the neighborhood is quiet and great for walking or running. The house has all of the things you need including quality cookware and spices. Angela also provides snack, water and several soft drinks. All of the beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms have all the supplies you need. We loved all the small touches, this house makes you feel at home. Communication with the owner was easy and very fast. We will be back soon!

Best Place Ever

The house is beautiful and spacious. The bedding is inviting and so comfortable. There are multiple spaces to read, relax or watch TV. It’s located in an amazing, quiet neighborhood that is great for walking. Just minutes from downtown Salt Lake. Close to restaurants, shopping and mountains. Ideal place to stay! We highly recommend and would definitely stay here again! Love, love , love it!

Utah Parents Weekend

This is the 5th time we have stayed at this property while visiting our kids at the U. It feels like home away home and my kids have nicknamed it grandma’s house. Angela has thought of every detail and comfort imaginable. We love the holiday decorations and wish we could see how she decorates for Christmas. Everything is within walking distance to the U.

The title says it all. It was a great home for friends and family in town for a celebration. The home was great with lots of little accents. The checkout list was short and easy to follow. The candy and treats were great! Thanks for a nice stay.

Beautiful House and our best rental yet.

My wife and I were planning a trip to visit family in Idaho when we decided to visit Salt Lake City. After a grueling flight, we rolled into the little piece of heaven that would give us the time to renew and relax before our drive to Idaho. It was stocked with snacks which, believe me, was a godsend when you arrive at 3:30 in the morning with only a few chicken nuggets in our stomachs. Those may have been the best tasting potato chips I have ever had. The house itself is beautiful, loaded with everything a guest could need and conveniently close to many restaurants and stores. The only downside was that we couldn't stay longer. If I am ever back in SLC, this house will be at the top of my list.

Best House

In the best neighborhood in SLC. This is our third or fourth stay in this home. It is always nice to be in this home away from home. Communication with Angela was great. Our stay was very comfortable as always.

Adult weekend

We were there for a concert at the Utah Utes stadium. Short walk to the stadium and located close to downtown. Great neighborhood and house.

Perfect stay

This house is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood near the University. It was everything we needed in a rental. The house was impeccably clean, with lots of little touches to make renters feel at home. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Salt Lake City.

Graduation

We spent the week in SLC for my son’s graduation from the University of Utah and this home was the perfect place to stay. The neighborhood is beautiful, safe and easily accessible to the university or downtown. The only complaint I have is the construction going on at the neighbor’s house behind the property. It was loud and dusty and kept us from sitting out back at times. We also had workers digging in the rental’s backyard to redo electrical lines. This felt intrusive because they were working behind the bedrooms in the back.
