Welcome to Little Bear! We'd love to provide you with a comfortable stay and clear views so you can enjoy the beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains!
At Little Bear you will enjoy views down the Blue Ridge Mountain and into the valley. Private street, directly off the hiking trails, and close to the mountain loop, tubing park and Devil Knob Golf course, this is a perfect place for all that Wintergreen has to offer.

A cozy winter weekend in the mountains

We had such a wonderful time staying at Little Bear! The house is so cozy and comfortable… perfect for a winter getaway! The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with essentials and we loved hanging in the large family room! We can’t wait to go back and stay there again!

Great property for multi-generational stay

We stayed at Little Bear to celebrate my parents’ 50th anniversary and Thanksgiving. It was perfect for our whole family with plenty of room for us to spread out. The kitchen was well equipped and the dining room was great for a special dinner. The views were amazing as well. Highly recommended

Most gorgeous sunrise every day!

We went to the mountains for a workcation. The sunroom was the perfect spot to set up for work. The house was very comfortable and we were able to bring two dogs which made it even better. The owner was great to work with.
