Dan is a great host, very kind and helpful at all means. His apartment is wonderful, cozy, and comfortable, at the real heart of Des Moines. I would highly recommend it and would love to come back!

Everything was as advertised, and communication with the host was prompt, helpful, and welcoming. Couldn’t have asked for anything that wasn’t already accurately part of the description. Would definitely stay again.

Very spacious with an astonishing view of the Capitol building! (The sunrise/sunset is beyond beautiful) This was exactly what we needed for a weekend in the city, walkable to just about everything there is to see in downtown Des Moines!

This apartment was very comfortable and the host was easy to communicate with. There were however, some things I would consider updating; the carpet in the bedrooms are in desperate need of replacement, there were not enough linens in the bathroom and kitchen, things such as the air freshener in the bathroom had been empty for a long time and the rug in the living area is curled, a definite tripping hazard. The only other hassle with this property would be the parking. Fees from parking garages add up quickly. The views from this building are very nice and we experienced many nights of beautiful lightning shows.

We had a great stay downtown. The place was clean and comfortable. Great communication from Dan the host. Some of the reviews said the lock box and access was a pain. I found it pretty simple. He gives you a code for the lock box. It's about 20 yards down from the entrance to the building, hanging on the fence. You open the lock box, get the key fob, and that gets you into the building. Just keep the key fob with you. Pretty simple. We had zero issues for our whole stay. And the views out the windows make it 100% worth it for this property. The Iowa state capital building is one of the most beautiful in the country. And you get a perfect view of it from the living room couch. We were able to park in the lot just across the street to the south without any issues. Definitely recommend this place if you want to be right downtown, but not at a hotel. We loved it!

Great stay!

This was perfect for our weekend in DSM! Location is perfect for the farmer's market and all the cool spots downtown. Loved the big bedrooms and kitchen! Would definitely stay here again!

My girlfriends and I had a girls weekend and this stay was perfect! Close to downtown, close to parking garage, and clean/organized! Dan was great with communication! Highly recommend!

This property was a great place for staying when in the city! Its beautifully decorated and has wonderful views of downtown. The Host was great with all communication and very easy to contact if anything is needed. We will definitely look to reserve this property again, when in the area

Cozy Downtown Condo

This condo was a breath of fresh air. Tall ceiling and lots of sunshine. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen clean. Felt like a home away from home. The view of the capital building was a fun little plus. The lock box to get into the building was a bit difficult, but once inside it was fairly easy. Close walk to restaurants, bars, and parking garages. Would stay again.

Lovely place

Check in was a bit challenging as we don’t get out much! The place is beautiful, clean and comfy. The neighborhood was a bit noisy and some loud drunken individuals kept my spouse awake . I slept through it. Great location so we could walk to Noche!

Nice condo

The condo was easy to check in and out of and was very nice and clean. Dishes were provided along with towels and a hair dryer in the bathroom. A laundry room was also in the condo available for use with detergent pods provided. Communication with the host was easy. Overall was a good place to stay.

Get Place!

Dan was great and quick at communicating with us. Dan gave us ideas for parking and places to see. Read the direction for check in and check out carefully which will result in easy entry when you arrive. Location is near restaurants and a short walk to the Cubs Stadium. The apartment with clean smelled fresh. We'd definitely stay here again!
