This stylish, contemporary executive condominium is located in the heart of Eau Claire, guests stay close to the action while enjoying a comfortable retreat. Our one bedroom/one bathroom suite is close to the C-train, +15 and offers free underground parking.


THE SPACE
This one bedroom/one bathroom suite is ideal for executives or a small family. Two adults and one small child can comfortably stay in this rental. Guests love that they do not have to worry about furnishings or appliances when they stay at our accommodation. Everything from a coffee brewer to plush towels is provided for the enjoyment of guests.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Guests who book a stay in one of our Calgary rentals are sent an email that informs them of how to check-in when they arrive. There is a process in place that is used to allow for check-ins anytime after 3 p.m. We are not present during the check-in process, but we do contact guests to ensure that they have successfully accessed the accommodation. While we are hands-off during check-in, guests can contact us at any time. Maintenance requests are promptly addressed to ensure that guests feel comfortable during their stay.


THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
Eau Claire is one of the most sophisticated areas in downtown Calgary. A highlight of the area is the Eau Claire Market Mall, a shopping centre that features unique boutiques, restaurants and play areas. The area is known for being quirky, charming and fun. Nearby Prince's Island Park is an open space that lets Calgary residents enjoy outdoor activities. Fun events like the Calgary Folk Music Festival and Shakespeare in the Park are held here. Kensington is known for its focus on small businesses and the community. Gourmet food and boutique shops line the streets in this eclectic neighborhood. Calgary has much to offer visitors. Whether guests choose to spend their time horseback riding in Spruce Meadows or enjoying a spectacle at the Calgary Stampede, there is plenty to see and do in this unique city.

While this executive suite is located in downtown Calgary, visitors may want to access the many amenities that this exciting city has to offer. Nearby transportation options are available. The C-train and +15 are close to walk to, so guests are able to travel on public transit to reach any destination within the city. Guests who have their own vehicle are able to park in a free, secured parking garage that is located underground. This garage is heated, so it is great for avoiding the blustery winter weather in Calgary. Guests who need to access the rental from the airport can reach it by car, public transit, taxi or limo service. Great location for discovering Calgary

We stayed two nights in the apartment and didn't move the car until we left. It is conveniently located near the free train and the river walk. The balcony looks out towards the river but a new high-rise building is going up which is a shame. Overall the apt was as described and nicely furnished.

Amazing Vacation!!!!

From the time of booking, to check out...the process was very organized and we had great communication from the owners. When we arrived for our week stay, we were pleasantly surprised that the property looked exactly as the photos that were advertised. The place was immaculate, and this is very important to me as I am in the vacation rental industry and very picky. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have recommended it to one of our friends for her husband's 50th birthday in June of next year. The location is perfect for walking to everything! We are so pleased to have chosen the perfect spot...we will be back!

Apartment was accurate as it was shown on VRBO

Overall the apartment is very nice and just what I was expecting, clean and spacious. The only downside was the logistics of exiting the parking garage and walking to the apartment. Unless I missed it, there should be maps as to what staircase to use to get to the elevator. No signs for finding the correct elevator door from parking level D. Signage would help out. Figured it out near my last day...lol. I would definately stay again here, it is in a great location and was very suitable for my needs. Thanks again!

Great location!

This property is in a relaxed part of downtown Calgary and a short drive or walk to good restaurants. The parking garage was really convenient. The accommodations were very comfortable and everything was labeled for ease of use. We would recommend this property to our friends and family.

Great location.

Comfortable and well equipped condo exactly as pictured. We stayed for a week while visiting family and attending our daughter's graduation from Mt Royal University. The condo was convenient and centrally located with on site parking, and easy access to the venues as well as downtown and area cycle and walking paths. Check in was a little awkward as the security code wasn't working, but hosts Danielle and Ben were super attentive and quick to take care of things for us. We would highly recommend this property.

Perfect for our needs!

Clean, comfortable and in a great location. Hope to stay there again in warmer months to enjoy the balcony and walk around near by Prince's Island Park more. Great that it has parking for if we drive. Chairs at table aren't very comfortable but with so many great restaurants in the area, didn't eat there much anyway!

This condo is in a fabulous location in the downtown area, near to great shops, bars and restaurants. Also within walking distance to the Kensington area which was nice. Overall the unit was very clean and felt comfortable.

Fantastic Downtown Suite

This Executive Suite had a great location, a parking garage option, was incredibly clean and organized, and came with excellent Customer Service. When we arrived late Sunday night, we were unable to get into the parking garage due to a glitch in the key fob. Danielle responded immediately and dropped off a new fob the next morning. The cabinets were organized and labeled and they even provided Netflix for us! We had a great experience here and would recommend it to anyone! What a great start to our honeymoon!

Great flat in the heart of the city

This is an excellent apartment with all the amenities next to the Bow River! The owners are responsive, and the apartment is very clean. The city is quite accessible from here and we enjoyed our stay. NB: This apartment is not a good choice for those with environmental allergies, as it is highly scented. Remember to bring your own soap!
