The concierge and security were a great option for a solo traveller. The apartment was a good location and quiet. It was perfect for a short 5 day trip. I happened to have a screw driver so I did my best to tighten the screws on the seats of the dining chairs. I would talk to the cleaning staff about being a bit more detailed, otherwise the apartment was great.

Great location and convenience

The apartment was a great value for the location. It is walking distance to downtown and restaurants with a great view of the Peace Bridge.

We really enjoyed our stay here in Calgary. Very clean unit, comfortable bed and ease of access and location. Would recommend to anyone coming to Calgary looking for a quiet downtown location that still offers walking distance to great food and the downtown amenities. Great customer service by Karyna who looked after us as well.

Cleanliness and host responsiveness were great. Awesome location within easy walking distance of most of downtown Calgary but also feels quiet and residential. Great having underground parking. A few of the furnishings felt like they could be upgraded a bit and the square footage isn't huge, but I'd definitely stay here again.

The condo was relatively new and the location was fine, but several issues affected our stay. The host advised that underground visitor parking was available, yet building management told us otherwise upon arrival. We had to pay to park down the street. The pillows had an unpleasant odor, and some areas in the suite were not thoroughly cleaned. There were no instructions for the thermostat, and it wasn’t working properly, so the condo was uncomfortably warm at night. Although there is a patio and the hosts provided a small table, they didn’t provide seating. So the outdoor space is unusable. When looking over the patio railing, the ground was littered with garbage, including condom wrappers. The most concerning issue was a poorly positioned medicine cabinet above the toilet. When opened during normal use, it contacted the shower curtain rod and the mirror broke. This appears to be the result of poor installation and a potential safety hazard. What was most disappointing was the lack of accountability. Rather than addressing these concerns, the hosts attempted to charge us for damage that resulted from poor design and property management.Overall, the stay did not meet our expectations, and we cannot recommend this property.
