General Rules
a) No parties, events, or large gatherings
b) No excessive noise — quiet hours are strictly enforced
c) No smoking inside or outside the home
d) Only small dogs are allowed (less than 30 lbs) PETS are NOT allowed inside the pool.
e) No littering in or around the property or community

Trash & Cleanliness

a) All trash must be placed in the designated bins located outside the home
b) Please return the home in the same clean condition as when you arrived

BBQ / Gas Grill Policy

a) Grill Fee: $75 per stay (automatically waived if grill is cleaned and properly stored after use)
b) To have your fee waived, please ensure:
1. Burner control knobs are in the OFF position
2. Gas tank is tightly closed
3. Grill is cleaned thoroughly after each use
4. Grill cover is placed back after cool-down

By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and agree that:
a) The host and property owner are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or losses sustained by guests or their invitees during their stay.

This home does not allow any parties or loud activities. Guests who violate this rule will be evicted immediately and refund will be forfeited
Maximum of 5 guests per stay. If there are more guests that the amount originally it was booked for, all guests will depart immediately.

Casa perfettamente pulitia e con asciugamani in abbodanza. Ottima accoglienza da parte dell'host sempre disponibile.... accessoriata con tutti gli elettrodomestici.... tv in ogni camera. Bello anche il guardino con bbq.Tutto super positivo ad eccezione del quartiere che non è molto bello e del treno abbastanza rumoroso. Tornerei comunque
