There is seating for eight at the dining room table and four bar stools at the kitchen counter. The living area has a flat screen TV with a DVD player as well as a gas fireplace. Both the primary bedroom and Bedroom 2 have TV's. Bathrooms have been updated with granite vanities and tile accents.

Ski on ski off

20 yd walk to the gondola in the morning 20 feet walk from the slopes at the end of the day. Clean, sleeps lots. Great location!

Great property

Great size for all 4 of us to spread out and enjoy our long weekend to celebrate a wedding with friends. Even an accidental locking myself out was resolved quickly by security late at night. Thanks for the lovely place to land for a few days.

Great Family Condo

Comfy, convenient and cozy condo fit our family so well! Kitchen had everything we needed and there were plenty of blankets and pillows for the very comfy beds. Shelves and hooks for the ski equipment kept everything organized and there were lots of places to sit and relax. Walk to the slopes was easy, although a little muddy in the spring. Great stay overall!

Awesome place

This unit was such a cute place that was perfect for housing 8 adults and one baby! There was no ac, but the nights were cool enough to open the windows and have a fan running. The bus system is convenient to get to the downtown area. Overall we had a nice time.

Great location. Beware of huge fees!

Great location with Ski In/Ski Out. Unit is compact but has everything. Needs a bigger TV capable of HD! Also it would be great to have a keyless entry so you don’t have to pick up and drop off keys for check in and check out.Fees were outrageous - over SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS in fees for 2 nights!

Solid Property - Great location.

Overall, a nice property. A few minor inconveniences - the hot tub was broken for the majority of our stay. Also, the TVs are small and older, and there is not an ice maker. With that said, we were there to ski, and the property was in a great location with easy access to the slopes and a short uber ride or shuttle to downtown. The front desk was very accommodating and responsive. Overall, a nice stay.

Condo was very spacious with a great location. Right off the mountain super close to get kids to ski school and get yourself on the gondola. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Bathrooms were stocked with plenty of extra towels which was great for all the hot tubbing we did. The only complaint our group had was the mattresses in the front bedrooms were sunken in the centers making it a bit uncomfortable to sleep. Other than that we thought the condo was AMAZING!

Very easy access to slopes. Mountain Resorts made check in very easy. Condo is spacious and reasonably light but pretty dated. Hot tub is pretty small, in the parking lot, and was not working. Property is a bit run down and parking can be a bit tight. Overall this is a perfectly adequate unit and is one of the better priced options.

As advertised

Decent property with easy access to ski slopes. Accommodations were as advertised, although it is a bit smaller than expected for a unit that can sleep 8. The unit could use some upgrades TV’s, window coverings and appliances, but it provided everything necessary for convenient living. The unit was not cleaned well, potato chips were found on the carpet and an empty water bottle in one pull out sofa. Overall, no major problems.

January 2019 Stay

We had an amazing experience in Steamboat. Check in was quick and easy and they gave us some great info about the condo and mountain. Mountain resorts even called the day after checkin to make sure everything was going smoothly. Absolutely great location to get on the gondola or get kids off to ski school. The place was spacious and had all the amenities you could need. Kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need to cook. Bathrooms were well stocked and had plenty of extra towels for hot tubbing. The only complaint our group had was about the mattresses in the first two bedrooms. They sink in the middle making for a bit of an uncomfortable slumber. Overall the place was fantastic!

Location, location, location

Property was everything that was promised, but the location was even better. A couple steps across the parking lot and you’re on the slopes. I’ve come to steamboat almost every year for last 5 years and this was by far the best location we’ve stayed at.

Perfect family fun!

We had a great time enjoying the mountain and the unit, hot tub and grill! The slope is a short walk from the front door. The gondola is a short ride down the hill. Great champagne powder while we were there. A wonderful family get away!

We had twelve people sleeping comfortably here for a great week of skiing. It’s a short 30-40 yard walk from the front door to put your skis on and glide down to the lifts. Study the map to figure which runs to take to ski back.

Very comfortable! We had a few people bail at the last minute so there was only 3 of us in the condo, but the place looked plenty big enough for 8. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, silverware and pots/pans. We loved the ski-in/ski-out option... it’s easy to stop for lunch and head back out again.
