About this property

Country home with a view

About this space
Quiet country stay on 10 acres, with 300+ acres of farmland behind. Located near the lost community of Bodarc (Bois'd arc on the map), the house was constructed from the Bradford mill that once was located next to the steel bridge. The house has been in our family for 3 generations now. It has recently been renovated and we are excited to open it up for guests!
Other things to note
We love opening our house to families and family get together’s, baby showers, etc. However, we don’t allow alcoholic parties of any kind. We will notify local authorities and Vrbo if this rule is broken.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Beautiful Views come with this rustic home.

The property manager contacted me to let me know they would be on the property to fix a broken window because caused by a store the night before.🌟It was taken care of before we even arrived. We thought it had four bedrooms but felt like it had three. Upstairs has one large loft room with two double beds and one twin, a bathroom, a bedroom with a queen or king sized bed, and an open nitch with a twin bed and trundle. Downstairs had a large bedroom with a king size bed, a bathroom, laundry room living room, dinning room and kitchen. Lovely rustic farmhouse. Air conditioning worked! The area is beautiful. Lovely
