The living room area has a sofa bed that could be used for comfortable sleeping for one adult or two kids. The entertainment center has a Samsung 48-Inch LCD TV which is connected to a DVD player. The apartment has high speed internet with Wi-fi, no regular cable TV. There is a TASSIMO T55 Single Cup Brewer with mixed selection of coffee and tea pods to enjoy during the stay. There is a glass dining table comfortable for two and a small work desk by the window. On the work desk there would be the laundry card that can be used during your stay. Laundry machines are located in the basement of the building. The sleeping area has a Simmons Beautyrest Recharge Pierpont Firm Queen Mattress. Next to the bed is a custom built reach in closet with sliding glass door which has enough storage space to enjoy during the stay. The apartment has two windows. As the apartment is on a lower floor and the windows face the back side of the building there is no real view to enjoy. The apartment gets ample of sunlight during the day time and the window blinds are custom printed to give a feel of the Brooklyn bridge view. There are two heating & cooling units one on the living side area and the other next to the bed area. The apartment has fully equipped kitchen. If you enjoy cooking during your stay you won’t be disappointed. Enough pots, pans and appliances to make it convenient.

The studio apartment is right in midtown Manhattan. The location of the apartment is very convenient. It is surrounded by major hotels like Waldorf Astoria, The Roger Smith Hotel, The Lexington New York City, Hyatt 48 Lex, New York Marriott East Side & Inter Continental New York Barclay. You can walk to lot of places like the Restaurants, super market, drug store, subway, grand central terminal, empire state building, Rockefeller center, UN building and much more which makes the location very convenient to explore the NYC. All different kind of dining options are in walking distance.

The building has 24 hour doormen. The building staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. They will make a difference during your stay and help out with any questions or help you may need.

Ideal for a short stay in midtown

Stayed for 2 months for a summer internship in midtown. The flat was clean, quiet, well-stocked, and just like the photographs. The doormen were super helpful and the facilities were all functional. Highly recommend for access to midtown and Grand Central.

Great Place in NYC

I really enjoyed staying at this apartment for almost six weeks. The location is fantastic, and the apartment is very comfortable. The place is exactly as in the photos, and everything worked very well (wifi, heating, cable, etc). The building is very well kept and has 24 hour staffed front desk. I look forward to returning in the future.

Incredible stay in the heart of Manhattan

Nilesh’s place was the absolute perfect place to stay. Right in midtown, it was so conveniently located to major tourist spots and multiple subway stations. Super clean and tidy. Nilesh went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. The doorman service provided an extra layer of safety, as I felt someone was always there should I need something. Honestly can’t recommend it enough, and can’t wait to come back!

Good place, great doormen, honest landlord

The two best things about this place was the landlord who was responsive and took good care of the place and the doormen who made you feel extremely secure in the building. The flat is small studio apartment without a view and like most places in New York, overpriced, but the location was great for the UN and the landlord was honest and made sure the apartment had everything guests needed. We were happy with our stay I would stay again if the place was available next year.

The apartment is ubicate perfectly, you can go waking to Brian Park, Times Square, Central Terminal Station, 5 av... And if you prefer subway, there is line 6 which bring you in all Manhattan. Excellent apartment!

I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone! I stayed for one month and it was very comfortable. It has a perfect location, there is a subway station just around the corner. As it is on a lower floor, I was scared that it would be too noisy, but it wasn't bad at all. The owner was very considerate, the fridge was full of mineral water when I arrived. I used the kitchen a couple of times, it was well equipped. The dining table is pretty small, but fine for two people. I would definitely want to stay here the next time I go to NY.
