This getaway was created to entertain! Enjoy laying poolside, keeping warm in the evenings by relaxing in the outdoor hot tub, touching-up on your golf game by utilizing the putting green, or challenging your friends to a game of cornhole/bags!

Never run out of games to play inside the home either, with options such as Twister, Jenga, Cards Against Humanity & even a Nintendo 64 with classics including Mario Kart, Super Smash Bros, GoldenEye 007 and more!

The home features 4 bedrooms with a king bed in the primary suite, a queen bed in bedroom #2, a queen bed in bedroom #3 and 2 twin beds and a single cot in bedroom #4. There are also 2 single rollout cots available (stored in the closets).

The home sleeps 10 people comfortably, but can accommodate up to 12 people, as the cloud couch in the living room is large enough for 2 additional people to sleep on (and is arguably as comfortable as sleeping in a bed)!

In the backyard, you can find a sparkling pool with spa attached, a putting green and a pergola with seating where you and your friends can relax at the end of an eventful day!

The home boasts 10 foot ceilings in the main living quarters and has multiple skylights, providing tons of natural light. The residence is also outfitted with Quantum Fiber Internet with speeds up to 940Mbps!

Guests will have access to the entire home. There is a single-car garage that you may park within, as well as driveway space. You may also park along the curb by the home. Please do not park on the sidewalk!

Nice house, convenient location

Host was easy to communicate with and seems genuinely interested in providing guests with a great rental. Some minor edits to listing, more cookware and maybe cups for kids (instead of glasses and mugs) would help.

Hey! Some of you might know me from creating chaos on Reality TV, as lead of Season 26's The Bachelor. Nowadays, I live a quieter life, and am using the lessons I learned to help others. Specifically, my greatest passion is speaking to youth about being more willing to have open conversations around mental health topics. I believe we help people heal by providing a safe space to ADDRESS their issues, not SUPPRESS them.

I also spent 3.5 years hip hop dancing, and now have taken up salsa dancing. I document my dancing journey online and hope to inspire others to realize it is never too late to try something new.

What I enjoy about being a STR host is that I can provide a beautiful home that will give travelers the best experience possible while visiting Scottsdale. I know you're not coming for the primary purpose of staying at my home, but I view my home as an extension of your experience, so I want you to leave Scottsdale wanting to come back! This city is incredible, and I have loved living here for the past 5 years, since moving from a small town in Missouri.

I chose this specific neighborhood for my home because it is ideally situated in between Old Town Scottsdale, Downtown Tempe and the Airport. You're within 10 minutes of all 3, so it doesn't get much more convenient than that! It's also a very quiet and safe neighborhood, so you'll be able to relax at the house in peace as much as you'd like!

この宿泊施設の特徴

My property is unique because of the high 10ft ceilings and the 6 skylights that allow so much natural light in the home. You don't ever have to turn on any interior lights during the day. At nighttime, you can enjoy the view of the pool from inside the living room, as I have a big sliding glass door with views directly to the pool.

I'm told all the time that the pictures on here don't do the home justice! Guests say the home feels much larger than the photos even show.

Lastly, you can rest assured this home provides great value. I've had my home listed (on the other STR platform) for over 3 years now and have a 4.97 rating and am a top 5% home in the area.
