Great location to explore Paris

This was a great property in a perfect location to explore Paris. Convenient to multiple metro lines, we had no issue getting around town. Also... Comfortable beds!

Very nice and convenient rental

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was very comfortable for our group of five adults during the Olympic Games. It was well equipped and in a convenient location.

This is a lovely property - spacious, clean, comfy, and modern. We were traveling as a family of 5 (kids aged 15, 13, and 9) and there was more than enough space for all of us. The apartment is at the back of a quiet courtyard, well away from any road noise (not that the road outside is busy anyway). We loved that the neighborhood wasn't overly touristy, but it was easy to walk to great restaurants and there were two Metro stations very close by, Communication with the owner was first class. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

A charming Parisian getaway

This great place has everything you need for a nice stay in Paris. It is very close to the metro, lots of great shops, restaurants and groceries and a lovely little Italian coffee shop around the corner. You won't be disappointed!!!

Great Apartment

Fabulous location - great metro options with Saint Ambrose 100m away. Supermarket on the doorstep and lots of less touristy restaurants. Apartment as it looks in the pictures. Well equipped with shampoo and a few staples as well. Highly recommend this apartment.

perfect place to stay

Good spot for larger family

Owners easy to communicate with and even stocked a few things for us with late arrival. Nice neighborhood but a bit far to most Paris attractions. Stairs a bit narrow and no handrail. Young families with kids who love to use Metro should find this a good choice.

Basically quite satisfied with a comfortable duplex in an interesting neighborhood.. One problem however, was a mouse who made a couple appearances-the owners might want to do a good inspection and seal any entrance points. Also, the glasses, while plentiful, could use a few in slightly larger sizes.

Five Stars on everything!!

It was our first time in Paris, and we are glad that we found this apartment, it was the best decision! The location is just perfect, close to everything, the Metro, restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, shopping, taxis and I could go on and on. Rooms are spacious and clean, bathrooms were well supplied (towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc.). The kitchen has everything you need, and the living room/ dining area was perfectly arranged. We felt safe around the area, people were nice, so we have no complaints. We would recommend this location anytime and we will definitely rent it again on our next trip to Paris. Maitis was great, she was available to assist us when we needed help. Maitis, thank you so much for providing a wonderful stay in your property, our teenage girls loved it and are already planning a comeback! :-) Noris

Schöne Unterkunft in perfekter Lage

Gute Anbindung zu verschiedenen U-Bahnlinien. Gute Bescheibung um die Unterkunft zu finden, auf Englisch und Französisch. Place de Bastlille ist zu Fuss zu erreichen. Franprix Supermarkt und Bäckerei in nächster Umgebung. Zwischen Rue Chemin Vert und P dl B gibt es viele kleine Restaurants. Ein Bad, eine Toilette und ein Bad mit Toilette lassen den Tag auch bei sechs Personen entspannt anfangen. Die Küche ist erfreulich gut ausgestattet. Frühstück ist kein Problem und das Kochen eifacher Gerichte auch nicht. Na gut, französische Betten sind gewöhnungsbedürftig-wie überall in Frankreich. Aber die Matratzen sind gut.

Große geräumige Wohnung mit zwei Metro Linien in der Nähe

Wir haben zu 7 (6 Erwachsene und ein Teenager) einen 5-tägigen Kurzurlaub in Paris genossen. Der Aufenthalt in der voll ausgestatteten und geräumigen Wohnung war super und auch die Betten sehr gut zum Schlafen. Geschätzt haben wir auch die Nähe zur Metro, zum Supermarkt, der Bäckerei und Restaurants. Danke Maitis, für den netten Kontakt und die schnellen Antworten auf meine kurzfristigen Anfragen.

Unexpected Beauty

The pictures don't do justice of how great a place this is. The courtyard is beautiful and the place looks just as good if not better than the pictures describe. The location is great, there are multiple metro stations nearby making it easy to get around and lots of good cafes and restaurants within walking distance. We loved our stay. Host was great and very responsive.

A hidden treasure

We had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful place. It is very well situated in town and surprisingly quiet. The apartment is very clean and well equipped, and the beds are super comfortable. Definitely a good address to remember for next time!
