Outstanding!

This flat was perfect for our recent stay in Paris – it was clean, quiet and very convenient. Our teen loved having the third floor (loft) to herself. The rest of us loved the air conditioning (it was 100F one day we were there!), the space to spread out, the nearby grocery stores and bakeries, the free access to a washing machine and dryer (small, but got the job done), and two convenient metro stops. Our hosts made everything very easy, including accommodating us dropping our bags off at the flat upon our arrival in Paris, while the cleaners were there. We would definitely consider staying there again.

Great location

Stayed here with 5 adults and 4 kids comfortably. Great location for us: lots of nearby bakeries and restaurants and easy access to metro stations. Nice and quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Very happy with this choice for a family vacation!

I am happy to join my voice with those who would highly recommend this lovely, spacious, perfectly located apartment. We had an excellent stay. Our only issue was the lack of a railing on the stairs. This made accessing the bedroom areas difficult for the senior among us. Other than that, it was perfect.

Great house in convenient location

The house was well equipped for a multi-generation family of 10 to stay. The lots bedroom was perfect for the kids. There were 3 bathrooms and a well planned and stocked kitchen. There was a great boulangerie close by. The house was also in a convenient location for the metro.

Revisiting Our French Heritage

This property could not have been more perfect. Myself, along with 3 of my sons, 2 daugthers, and 3 of my grandchildren (teenager and 2 nine year olds), were perfectly at home in the appartment. There was plenty of space for all of us. The location was ideal with easy (very close) access to the grocery store, pharmacy, cafes, snacks, and the Metro. This property added to the wonderful time my family had, while experiencing the sites and customs of Paris, and visiting our French cousins. Thank you so much Maitis and Jerome for help making this trip a once in a lifetime experience for all of us

Perfect space for family traveling together

We had one set of grandparents, one set of parents, and five children ranging from one year to 14 years. The space laid out perfectly for us. Having the little courtyard outside provided a place to sit and be quiet when we need it alone time. The washer and dryer were very convenient. All the instructions were posted and easy to follow. It was an easy walk to a couple of places that had fresh pastries each morning. Very close proximity was a pizza place that worked out after a day of sightseeing. Overall, I would say the location was good and purposely we chose it away from the touristy things. So that we could be sure to have good sleep. The location was very quiet and we really didn’t hear any city noise at all. Our only suggestion would be to have a couple of board games so that we could play games as a family after a day of sightseeing. Thank you for being a great host.

Great location and access to transportation.

Property overall was as advertised. We didn’t realize one bedroom on the main floor had no window and air conditioning didn’t work. The loft area noise echoed badly as it’s open to the downstairs. Perhaps some rugs would help with noise travelling throughout. We are used to handrails being code for stairs and would have been a good safety feature. We did appreciate the owners notifying us about the strike when we were there but had no other communication.

The dream trip

This was the first trip to Europe for my sister and her family. The trip was a total success. They love Paris and part of the reason is there experience with this property. The communication with the owner was fabulous and the property exceeded our expectations.

Fantastic Place to Stay

The property was through a courtyard there are 4 lofts. We stayed in Loft 3 which I believe is the largest as we were a family of 8 travelling to Paris form different parts of the world to spend Xmas together in Paris. The space was modern clean and cozy(Not small) the furnishing were all fairly new and in great shape and it had all the mod cons that we needed including a shared laundry room. The location was great to explore Paris and walking distance to 3 Metro stops. There are all the shops you need within a 5 minute walk so was super handy. As the lofts are built in the interior courtyard they are very private and quiet. The only small downside for us was that the internet was out during our stay. Though I have to say our hosts remedied the situation more than generously and provided us an alternative with a 5G modem to make up for the loss of service - which was not their fault at all but a wider service outage in the area. The service in now back up and running. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would without a doubt book again. Great place for group of friends or family to stay. Toatlly recommendable.

Great Days at a Great Stay!

This apartment was wonderful for our group of 6 retired college friends. The location was great - easy walking to many places of interest and good restaurants - and very accessible to public transportation. We enjoyed several meals together around the table, as well as going to several good restaurants nearby. Our favorite was Restaurant L'Ange 20 at 44 Rue des Tournelles and we loved Les delices d'Ambrose at 90 boulevard Voltaire - which was on the walk to the train - a bonus! We had wonderful croissants and coffee there - and also picked up sandwiches for lunchtime picnics - wonderful!!!

Our time in Paris

Our stay at CHEMIN VERT LOFT 3 was just perfect. The place is in a fabulous neighborhood, with so many food options all around. Loved the bar Rosalee down the block, went there several times for a night cap. Maitis was very responsive to my questions, check-in was easy with all the detailed instructions. We had some trouble getting the dishwasher to start correctly even with the instructions in the information booklet, but I think we got that done too....hard to confirm, as we left the place super early on a Sunday morning. I would rent this place again in a heart beat....it was a bit too large for the 6 of us (we didn't use the beds on the top floor) but Maitis has other smaller apartments in that same building which unfortunately were booked when I looked for a place. We had a blast in Paris and the apartment was such a welcome refuge every night when we got home

Perfection!

The property was perfect for our party of 6 family members. It was well equipped and nicely situated in Paris. Very quiet at night and lovely to come back to one the evening. Lovely apartment

The apartment was exactly as described with lots of room for everyone to spread out. The air conditioning was one of the highlights since we arrived during a heatwave. The host was very responsive and offered some great recommendations! Thank you again for hosting us!

Formidable gîte!

Pour notre perit groupe scolaire de 9 personnes - 2 profa et adolescents - ce gîte était parfait. Assez d’espace pour les gens avec beaucoup d’espace commun. La cuisine était bien equipée et nous avons pu cusiner et mangé ensemble. Mille fois merci à Jerome et Maïtis! Ils on très bien communiqué et organisé avec nous, et nous sûrement reviendrons.

Beautiful and well organized.

Maïtis and Jerome have this beautiful place so well organized with everything you need while away from home. It is close to metro with lots of great shops and eating places close by. We were so comfortable and happy with our stay. Thank you Maïtis !

Charming

This apartment is perfect for a large group. There were 12 of us traveling together for a week. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. There are stairs leading up to the bedrooms and the loft, so beware if you have elderly or small children. Our host, Maitis, was excellent in communicating with us. We felt very safe in this location, and it was a short walk to buy groceries and to the metro, as well as many restaurants. All in all, we had a great stay and a wonderful vacation.

Great Exprience in Paris

We had a party of 7 and we totally enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Great location with a few different metro stops close by, restaurants, pubs, grocery stores, etc. Host is very easy to communicate with and responds very quickly. Apartment is in mint condition. Highly recommend this apartment.

Appartement fonctionnel et bien placé

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec toute notre tribu(15 personnes). La literie es confortable, le séjour est spacieux , la cuisine bien équipée L’emplacement nous a permis d’accéder très facilement à différents lieux de Paris. Un seul petit bémol l’absence d’ouvrant ds l’une des chambres Nous gardons précieusement en mémoire cette adresse pour un futur séjour
