Amazing stay very close to the centre of Paris.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this accommodation. It was well-appointed and located right on the Bus 69 transportation route. Our stay for a family of 8 was very comfortable as there was ample room. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed (including laundry facilities) to enjoy our trip to Paris. The location is great and close to everything we needed and wanted.

Autumn visitors

This property lived up to expectations in terms of location, comfort and ease. We were in Paris during a heat wave and it was such a relief to have a beautiful stay that also had air con. Everything worked well and the location provided easy access either by walking or the 2 close metro stations. Supermarkets, cafes and boulangeries all in close proximity. I would warmy recommend this property.

Nice unit!

We spent 4 night's in one of Jerome's apartments. Well located. Close to several metro stops. Close to Bastille and the fantastic Bastille open market! Do not miss this market...it was one of the highlights of our trip. Apartment accommodated the 7'of us very comfortably. The owners are fantastic in their communication and with the info they provide regarding the area. They were always quick to respond. We arrived early and they allowed us to drop off our luggage in the apartment. Thanks again!

Olympics in Paris

There were 7 of us who stayed 12 days across Apartment 2 and 4. The apartments are clean and well equipped with added extras such as dishwasher tablets, shampoo and shower gel. Apartments as pictured on the online profile. Air conditioning was essential in the height of summer and made the stay comfortable. The larger apartment definitely offers more space for a larger group - bear in mind there is no door on the loft room. The location is excellent for a longer stay with convenient shops really close by and St Ambroise metro station 100m away. Lots of less touristy restaurants. Highly recommend staying here.

Excepcional

La comunicación con el propietario fué excelente, en concreto con Maitis, que siempre nos respondió cualquier duda o consulta con agilidad y solvencia. Incluso con un problema de última hora, completamente ajeno a ellos ( nos tocó venir en coche cuando no lo habíamos previsto ), nos ayudó a localizar parking de larga duración para ambas familias. El alojamiento es fiel a las fotos que hay publicadas en VRBO, limpio, ordenado, bien indicado todo, nos encantó. La zona es muy tranquila y la estancia fué apacible. Su situación es perfecta, cerca del Metropolitan, con un supermercado a un minuto caminando, por lo que la logística de comprar y llenar la nevera es muy sencilla. Recomendable para cualquiera que quiera visitar Paris.

MAGNIFICA OPCIÓN PARA VISITAR PARIS UNOS DÍAS

Un apartamento absolutamente recomendable. Fuimos varios adultos con niños y resultó perfecto. Grande, acogedor y con todo lo que necesitas para una estancia cómoda. La ubicación es magnifica, muy bien conectada y con paradas de metro muy cerca. El barrio es muy agradable y tienes todo tipo de comercios cerca para hacer compra y bares y resturantes. Si fuera otra vez, sin duda repetiría. Los dueños son muy amables y si pueden ayudarte en algo, lo hacen.

Wonderful quiet respite in the heart of Paris!

This property is exactly as pictured. It is part of a modern building tucked off the street behind an older building. So the architecture, appliances, etc are new, modern, clean. The loft space on the top floor has four separate beds, each with it’s own alcove, plus a full bath. Great for kids! We had a problem that needed immediate attention and the owner responded very quickly and solved it. The property is very close to two bus stops and the Richard-Lenoir metro station. Also close to shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Paris Flat

This was a great place. Nice location. Metro, grocery store, local pub and patisserie all within a block away. Nice restaurants close by too. A/C was a godsend since temps were in the high 80s. F. We had 7 people and it fit everyone easily. Highly recommend this place.

Great Place for Large Groups

The apartment number 4 was sparkling clean upon arrival. Looks just like the pictures. Location is perfect: eateries, small grocery store, park, boulangeries, etc. are all close by. Walk to metro is not too bad. Due to strike, we had to go to the Bastille metro stop. The Bastille market is amazing! You must go if you are there on Sunday or Thursday. The apartment set up is great. Large living area for a Paris apartment, three decent sized bedrooms, separate toilets and showers and a huge loft. They provided a lot of the basic necessities: toilet paper, hand soap, ice in the freezer, paper towels, dish soap, sponges, etc. It completely met our needs. The owners were absolutely fantastic with communication. We made many changes to our reservation dates and the number of people staying. The owners made adjustments to all our requests. They were also so quick to respond to questions. We rented two of their apartments. This review is for apartment 4. Overall great stay and would highly recommend for large parties. This was the best apartment at a great price.

Wonderful Stay!

We rented 3 different places for this year's trip to Europe and this one was our absolute favourite! We were two families travelling together with 5 kids ranging in ages from 8-14. There was enough space for all of us and everyone had a great time, especially the 4 youngest who got to share the top floor communal room. It was perfect for them to each have a personal corner and yet still all be together. All communication provided was perfect and they were very easy to reach when we got to the place and realized that I missed an important "how to get in" email! The place is extremely clean, well-equipped, and convenient to food, groceries, and the metro. It was within walking distance to places we wanted to go like the Ateliers de Lumieres, a local record store, and Pere Lachaise. We would DEFINITELY come back and highly recommend this place!

Great location

This property completely met my expectations! There were 8 of us, 2 families of 4 traveling with teenagers. We had plenty of room and the set up was ideal for us. Close to the metro and several bakeries and supermarkets. If there was one criticism, it would be that the kitchen wasn’t awesomely set up for cooking, however, when in paris, how much cooking did I want to do anyway? We ate out mostly!! Would highly recommend!!

A lovely apartment and good if you have kids as they can all go on the top floor bedroom. Plenty of room as we were two families of 4. Very good location as only 5 mins walk to two metro lines.

Abbiamo trascorso un ottimo soggiorno in questo spazioso appartamento. Per la nostra famiglia di 10 persone è risultata una sistemazione ideale. Spazioso, pulito, silenzioso e attrezzato in modo completo. Complimenti ai proprietari per l'ottima organizzazione e gestione del check in e del check out. Molto comodo il supermercato vicinissimo alla casa e le 2 stazioni della metro raggiungibili in 5 minuti a piedi. Grazie Maitis e Jerome

Great location and nice, functional, comfortable and clean home

We were very pleased with the home. It is three stories with the living area on the bottom floor (no WC on the bottom floor) three bedrooms, a WC and a shower on the 2nd floor and a large "dorm style" area and WC/shower on the third floor. The rooms were comfortable and they had a large dining table near the kitchen (on the ground floor) so there was plenty of room to relax and interact in the home. There are lots of stairs but wasn't an issue for us. They also has a high chair and crib for our child. The home was clean and ready for us and the kitchen well stocked with utensils and glasses. The process of check-in was extremely easy as was the check out. Maitis was there to meet us when we checked out and the communication was very good on the arrival, with a lock box and code to get through into the courtyard. The location is residential but there are three metro lines within a 5-10 minute walk. Coming from the airport it was easy to take the RER to Gare du Nord then the 5 train to Richard Lenior and follow google maps. There were some good "local style" restaurants within a 5-7 minute walk as well as a grocery store down the street.

Pleasantly surprised

We were a party of 10 adults and the property suited us perfectly. It would suit a younger group of more people but privacy would be limited in the top room. The location is good but we found the local metro stations quite hard to find. The apartment was very clean and well stocked and the sheets and towels were nice. The owners had tried to think of everything that you may need in the kitchen. The local supermarket is very good and we saved money by preparing breakfast and a couple of meals. The Sunday market has very good roast chickens and potatoes. We felt happy about the security and found the key lockbox useful for a large group. I would recommend this property

The loft was terrific, nice, clean, chic and functional. Our stay was wonderful.

We were 15 people, 8 adults and 7 children. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, with nice beds, plenty of space and a modern kitchen. The service was excellent and the area is great.

Schöne Unterkunft mit bester Ausgangslage für den PARIS-Trip

Die Unterkunft ist noch relativ neu, wenig abgenutzt und daher wirklich prima. Die Lage ist perfekt, da man gleich von 2 unterschiedlichen U-Bahn-Haltestellen alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten bestens erreichen kann. Supermarkt, Café etc. alles direkt in der Umgebung. Ausstattung des Loft mit Spülmaschine etc. wirklich klasse. Schade, dass man erst ab 16 Uhr das Loft beziehen kann - aber darauf kann man sich ja einstellen. Wir hatten jedenfalls einen tollen Aufenthalt im Loft (und in Paris sowieso) - wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder in dieser Unterkunft übernachten und sagen MERCI à JEROME et LAURENCE!
