Magnifiquement rénové trois chambres, trois condo de salle de bain juste en face des remontées mécaniques à Canyon Lodge, vous pouvez littéralement pas obtenir plus près des pistes! Le nouveau propriétaire a passé l'été remodelage complètement ce plancher de l'unité au plafond, aucune dépense épargnée, y compris le plancher, l'éclairage, salles de bains, meubles et appareils ménagers!

Le salon et la salle à manger sont équipés d'un nouvel éclairage sur mesure et faux planchers de tuiles de bois. La cuisine rénové et agrandi dispose des comptoirs en granit, des appareils haut de gamme en acier inoxydable, armoires et dosseret, un four à convection et tous les accompagnements pour préparer un repas gastronomique pour les amis et la famille. La salle à manger a une table à manger en bois avec des sièges pour 8, avec un espace bar avec tabourets autour de la cuisine.

Le salon dispose d'un grand "écran plat 50 Smart TV monté au-dessus de la cheminée sur construit sur mesure livre pierre, et un grand canapé confortable. Adjacent à la salle de séjour est une porte coulissante en verre et d'une terrasse privée donnant sur la piscine communautaire et un spa avec une vue peek-a-boo de Mammoth Mountain.

La première chambre principale est privée située au deuxième étage, et a une autre Smart TV 50 "à écran plat, lecteur DVD, lit king-Orient, beaucoup de placards et des tiroirs et une salle de bain attenante avec comptoirs en granit, éviers pour deux, armoires sur mesure et une douche à vapeur! La deuxième chambre principale en bas a une configuration unique, avec un lit superposé construit sur mesure avec un lit king-Orient sur le dessus et un lit Queen sur le fond, et une salle de bain attenante avec comptoirs en granit, faux planchers de tuiles en bois, douche et baignoire. La troisième chambre a un lit superposé traditionnel situé avec une reine sur le fond et une longue jumeaux sur le dessus, et la troisième salle de bain comprend une douche carrelée.

Au total, un condo de montagne spectaculaire pour une famille exigeants. Cette propriété est adjacente à l'ascenseur, un magasin de sport et école de ski Canyon Lodge, ainsi que la télécabine Village permettant un accès facile à tous les magasins, les restaurants et la vie nocturne au village de Mammoth. Tous les clients de Mammoth Sierra bénéficient d'un accès complet gratuit au Snowcreek Athletic Club pour profiter des installations comprenant une piscine couverte chauffée, un hammam / sauna, un centre de remise en forme complet, des cours de yoga, de pilates et de cyclisme, etc. La propriété peut accueillir 9 personnes, il y a 16 marches pour se rendre à l'entrée du condo, et dispose de la télévision par câble, d'un accès Internet haut débit sans fil, d'une place de parking réservée dans le garage souterrain (dégagement de 7 '2 ") et d'un casier à skis inclus dans le condo pour tout votre équipement! However, I find the cleanliness much to be desired at times and general maintenance unsatisfactory. The sheets appeared to not have been cleaned on one of the beds and very poorly made. Light bulbs need to be checked as well.

great condo no so great reservation company

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was great super close to the lifts! The reservation place not so much. We had requested late check out, that was not a problem and they gave us 12:00p great! On the day of check out we get a call at 11a and we need to be out now!! Geez are you serious? Our skiers were still out and there was no way we could be out by then. I won't bother to continue this kind of stuff falls on deaf ears anyway.

Exactly as pictured

This was my first time ever staying in a rental like this. Usually always stay in hotels. The place was nice and super quiet. I only have a couple negative things to say and that is the blankets and towels. There were dried (obviously washed though) stains on the blankets. The towels due to my allergies made my face break out and aggetated. Im not sure what the blankets and towels are washed in but it really affected my skin allergies. Again, I have only ever stayed in hotels and don't know how things are washed with these type of rentals. Otherwise it was a great stay. Next time I know to just bring some of my own blankets and towels. I would stay here again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental was beautiful and perfect for the family and cooking. Now the downside although excellent location. The site says 16 steps to enter. Little more like 25 plus up 2 flights. The description really didn't make it clear with kids this is a fun cllimb and luggage. Patio would have been great but was full of firewood. Listing said park for kids and forgets to mention oh that is over a mole and half away so upi have to load them up. So for a family stay not the best. For adults great!

Good property except for a few hiccups

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would have given this property 4 or 5 stars if not for a few things.The property is an extremely good central location. Most of the interiors of the property was decent. Upgraded kitchen (although we hardly used it since we ate out all the three days we stayed).Now some of the things that were rough edges from our side:- There was paint work that was going on in the stairs, and floor walkways. The paint smell was so pungent and unhealthy to breathe. This was not disclosed to us at the time when we book the property. And with infant kids in our group, this was a big negative from our side.- The property is in the second floor of the building (so there is a walk up, roughly about 20 steps from the garage). There are no elevators in the building.- There is one allocated car space. So if you have multiple cars (we had two cars) there are only 3 guest parking lots for the entire building (first-come-first serve basis). We got lucky to find an empty guest parking spot every time. The overflow parking is about 10 minutes drive.- The property does not have any air conditioning (only heating). So in summer (it was 90+ deg when we were there) the rooms got really warm. Even with the ceiling fan in the second floor master bedroom it got really hot. There are no fans in the other two rooms. There is a ceiling fan in the living room.

Comfortable home away from home

Our family really enjoyed this condo! The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook meals & it was the cleanest property I’ve ever rented! The steam shower was flashing a blue light & wouldn’t work. We emailed the property manager but after 24hrs without a reply my husband did some “Googling”, found the flashing error code & learned how to reset the unit. The only thing that would’ve made this condo perfect would’ve been AC. Being on the third floor it would get pretty warm by the end of the day which made going to sleep a bit too warm. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood & we hope to be back!

Located on the third floor and hot in the summer

This property is ideal for winter, and short stays, but would not recommend it for the summer or longer stays. Things I wish they listed before booking- This unit is located on the third floor and there is no elevator, so if you have elderly, disabled, or infants this can be very problematic . Unfortunately all three was the case for us. Also since heat rises, the unit gets really hot at night. The top room which looks like a converted loft, does have high ceilings and a ceiling fan, but we still had to keep the windows open all night long. There were some loud parties outside, which made for some sleepless nights.. Also in the day there was construction across the street. Lastly, clean towels are provided, but you are responsible for washing them during your stay. There is a coin operated washer downstairs that we used in a not so desirable laundry room. Although the unit looked clean to the eye, there was dust, and an old tangerine under the couch. Probably no one would have noticed this unless you have babies crawling around such as in our case. Not a big deal though. After going back and forth with the property management company a few times, they did finally agree to move us, but by that time the effort the cost was not worth it, so we decided to stay put. To summarize if it was just my husband and I skiing in the winter, we would stay here again, but if it was my whole family (baby and grandparents included) we would pass.

The location of this building is literally steps away from Canyon Lodge, the gondola can take you to the Village or the lifts can take you up to the runs. The pictures are really accurate, this unit has been upgraded in every way possible. Our group of 8 could not have been more comfortable. Every detail was covered and the kitchen is completely stocked with every utensil, type of baking dish and even some basic supplies like oil, salt, pepper, sugar. The appliances are really high-end. We will definitely stay at this unit again when we visit Mammoth next time. Reservations were easy, check in and check out was a breeze. Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms were really upgraded, even a steam shower in the Master! Great TV area and lots of space for a big group to spread out. Can't say enough about this unit. Even a place to store equipment overnight, covered parking and a guest spot if you get there early enough to grab one! Outdoor jacuzzi was a great treat for our group after a long day on the slopes. A++ . thank you for a wonderful ski weekend with our group, we'll be back!

Kitchen was well stocked and the 3 bathrooms made it nice to be out of each other's way. This condo was in a great location and quiet area. We will stay here again.
