Beautifully remodeled home located in Discovery 4 condo community with great location and plenty of sleeping space. Below are a few reasons to stay with us.

This is a great place to stay for all your Mammoth adventures. It is a great space for groups with plenty of sleeping options. This spacious condo has a luxurious feel and it is set up as the perfect place to relax after a day of fun in the mountains.

Our goal is a five star review from every guest. Although we’re sure you will like the space, please let us know if anything is not to your liking. We are local hosts (living less than a mile away) and we can assist with any issues that may come up.

We had booked this condo from the evening of the 17th through Saturday morning and unfortunately had a disappointing experience.Check-in was listed as 4:00 PM, but we did not receive any check-in instructions in advance. By nearly 7:00 PM, after not hearing anything, I had to reach out to the owner to request the information on how to enter the condo. The instructions were only sent after I contacted them, which made arrival unnecessarily stressful.Though not receiving any check-in information was a poor way to welcome guest, it ultimately was not reason we didn’t get in. Earlier that day, Route 395 near Bishop was closed due to the storm earlier in the day, making it physically impossible for us to arrive anywhere near the 4:00 PM check-in time. Despite explaining the situation and requesting consideration for the missed night, the owner would not acknowledge or discuss any form of refund or accommodation…As in, I reached out and left two different text messages on the VRBO app and neither were responded to. The condo itself was acceptable but not particularly clean. It was not filthy, but it did not feel thoroughly cleaned either.Additionally:•There were no fire-starting supplies inside the unit.•The balcony (including the snow shovel) was completely covered in snow. The only way to access the shovel was to open the sliding door and allow snow to blow inside.•The heating system is extremely slow to warm the unit (as noted in the manual), making a fireplace

Great location and nice place!

The property was clean and was a fun layout for our three kids to hang with their two friends. Plenty of room for them all to bunk in the loft and the grown ups each got their own rooms. Great location super close to Canyon Lodge.

Family Ski Trip

Me and my Family had a great time in Mammoth on our Ski trip. This place was very comfortable, and more spacious than we thought. Our boys loved hanging out in the loft playing the Xbox and using the jacuzzi at the rec center area. Plus this place is walking distance to the shuttle to take you to the slopes. Great place! Great location!

Mammoth 154

Nice condo with good location off Lake Mary Road. Kitchen was clean, spacious and well appointed. Dining table and couches were comfortable and room had a nice big TV. Internet worked great. Owner was very responsive. Loft was comfortable although it was hot up there in the summer. Overall, a great place and would stay there again.

Charming. Clean. Comfy.

It is so nice to be pleasantly surprised. The reality is, you never know what your going to get after seeing great pics online. But what you see is what you get. Great accommodations! I could tell from the moment I walked in that the owner takes exceptional care of their property. It is clean and clutter free. Our whole family didn’t want to leave. The owner was accommodating, responsive and gave us some great activity ideas for our trip! We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Mammoth.

Great Property

The property was newly remodeled and WONDERFUL! From the pictures, you expect the place to be bigger. It is smaller than I would have liked, but we were able to work with it. The upstairs loft has low beams and my 6'2" (14yo) son was not able to stay up there as planned, so he had to take one of the main bedrooms on the 1st floor. No biggy, but wished I had know in advance. Otherwise, GREAT location and GREAT property. Owner was super helpful and easy to reach.

Beware this property. Fraudulent additional charges will be applied, and you will be debited despite purchasing the VRBO-approved incidental damages insurance. Host is attempting to squeeze out additional revenue from his property. I've reported this property to VRBO.

Great location and condo!

We had a nice stay in this condo for 5 nights and very much enjoyed ourselves! PROS: Easy check-in (1 hour early) and communication. CONS: There was no dustpan, vacuum, or broom so we were not able to clean up after ourselves. Upstairs was quite dusty and impacted one of our family members (if you have allergies to dust this isn't the best choice for you). There were a lot of rules, such as taking out the trash otherwise you wouldn't get your deposit back, keeping the heater on a set temperature, etc. Be sure to read the fine print and you will be fine. Overall we enjoyed the condo and communication with the owner.

Mountain gem

We had a wonderful stay. Check-in was incredibly easy. You can't beat the location (Canyon Lodge is technically walkable). The rooms including the loft were very comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed and has great appliances. This was the perfect home base for our group. Thanks!

Awesome spot for Mammoth!

Our group really enjoyed our stay! The home is spacious and cozy, and give a strong cabin vibe. Chris was very prompt with communication and made sure anything we needed was taken care of. I would recommend this spot to any of my friends, and would be hopeful to stay here again!

Our Family has been coming to Mammoth for years in the winter and summer months. We have 2 teenage boys who snowboard and ski in the winters and mountain bike, hike and fish in the summers. My wife and I have always loved mountain vacations and dreamed of a great place to go and share with others.

Why they chose this property

Like you maybe, we looked at VRBO properties all the time and stayed in many places in Mammoth over the years winter and summer. We have sampled many of the condo complexes, hotel/condo's in the village and wanted something close to canyon and close to the village with easy access to transportation which this location was dialed in for. This by far is the nicest 2Bd + Loft property we have been in, it was amazingly renovated in the last two years and now we can share it with others and always have a great mountain get away.
