Only steps away from the best snowboarding location in all of Big Bear. This complex shares property lines with Snow Summit Ski Resort. Go mountain biking and hiking in the summer, and skiing and snowboarding in the winter. This modern and freshly furnished property is the perfect option for any group during any season. Come unwind with an indoor fireplace and watch the snowboarders come down the mountain from the balcony. A prefect Ski in/Out Property.

The entire house is your! This is a very nice, comfortable cabin with a great location. The condo includes 2 bed rooms 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, and balcony. Fantastic slope view from living room and master bedroom. The condo is suitable for up to five guests looking for memorable mountain adventures. You will not find a more comfortable cabin nestled in the trees with a full view of the mountain and Snow Summit Ski Resort. Please respect our home and leave it as beautiful when you leave as when you arrive. We all want to enjoy the cabin and when the cabin is left a mess, others are not able to enjoy it as you have.

You will have full access to everything the cabin has to offer. Guests have access to a community gas BBQ and community pool! We provide a nice family cabin and an affordable rate. We provide pots, pans, cooking utensils, sheets, blankets, towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, soap “the basics”. We do not provide the following items: coffee, coffee filters, and seasonings.

I am 100% available to my guests! Please feel free to call or text me anytime during your stay. I will be available to answer any questions you may have. I take pride in providing excellent service to all of my guest. It is very important to me that you have the best experience and most memorable stay imaginable.

Only steps away from the best Snowboarding location in all the big bear. This complex shares property lines with Snow Summit ski resort. Go mountain biking and hiking in the summer, and skiing and snowboarding in the winter.

It`s easiest to get around by car, but Big Bear does offer MARTA bus and weekend trolley service, with nearest stops along Moonridge Dr. Taxi and Uber services are very limited.

*A 3 night minimum on holiday weekends: MLK, President`s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years etc.
*Make sure to stay up-to-date on weather conditions as they will impact your drive to/from the mountain. Chains will be required during winter and when snowy conditions are present.
*Please note the maximum number of cars we can accommodate is two.
*We have several full time neighbors living around our home. Please be respectful and do not make excessive noise or play loud music. Thank you for your respected stay!
*Due to the time and care to make the house ready for the next set of guests, late check outs are not available.
* Please make sure to read and follow the house rules.

House Rules
1. Pets are welcomed as long as they are house trained/potty trained and cannot be left at the property unattended. Also, there is a $35 pet fee.
2. The cabin is in the woods with critters, stairs, and weather. By booking this unit, you accept all responsibility and liability for keeping you, your guests, and your children safe.
3. There is NO smoking IN the home. (You can outside but please remove cigarette butts). If you do choose to smoke inside or if the house smells of smoke from outside smoking, there will be a $500 charge for odor removal services.
4. Stairs leading to the house are NOT handicap accessible!
5. No parties at the house or guests outside of those who have registered as guests. This rule is strictly enforced and your deposit will be forfeit for any violations of this rule.
6. Please do not move the furniture.
7. Please report any damage.
8. If you use the appliances or cookware, please clean them before putting them away.
9. Please keep any outside noise to manageable levels - respecting the neighbor’s privacy and right to sleep. Please no outside noise after 10 at night.
10. Please do not leave the doors open with the heat running.
11. Please remove trash. If not removed, a $25 fee will be charged.
12. Check in - 3pm; Check-out 11am
13. Maximum of 2 cars.
14. Primary renter/guest must be 21 years of age or older. Primary renter/guest is defined as the person reserving and paying for the security deposit/ rental fees and is responsible for all guests staying at the property during their stay.
15. You, the guest, is financially responsible for any damage done to the home during your stay. If you notice any damage or anything out of the ordinary, please contact us within 1 hour of your arrival.
16. Please note that there is WiFi but due to the area it can be spotty.
*Our housekeeper often has limited time to clean the house for the next guests. You will be provided with a check out list. Your help with the following items at checkout is greatly appreciated.

Check Out List
1. Please wash and put away all dishes that were used.
2. All trash must be bagged and placed in the appropriate community garbage area located in front parking lot.
3. Wipe out and empty the refrigerator and kitchen cabinets of all items you brought to the home.
4. Check under all beds, sofas, and in all drawers and closets for your belongings. We cannot assume responsibility for any items left behind in the vacation rental home.
5. Please do a final walk through to check that doors, windows, are closed and locked. Please make sure that all lights/fans are off.
6. Remember your checkout time is 11am. Housekeeping is scheduled to arrive shortly after your departure to prepare for our next set of guests.
7. When leaving, please lock door.

By booking this property, you agree to abide by all house rules and understand that violations may result in additional charges, removal from the property, or forfeiture of your deposit.



General Rules

1. No Parties or Events
This home is for quiet overnight stays only. Parties, events, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited.

2. No Local Guests Unless Pre-approved
Local visitors are not permitted without prior written approval for security and neighborhood safety.

3. Maximum Occupancy: 6 Guests
Please do not exceed this limit. All guests must be registered in your reservation. No unregistered guests are allowed on the property at any time, in compliance with city ordinances.

4. No Unapproved Visitors or Drop-ins
All guests must be listed in the reservation. Drop-ins or last-minute guests are not allowed without written approval.

5. Security Camera Disclosure
There is one security camera and it’s located outside just above the front door for your safety.

6. Smoking or Drug Use Prohibited
Smoking, vaping, or drug use (including cannabis) is not allowed inside the home. Smoking outside is permitted if you dispose of cigarette butts properly. A $500 fee will apply for indoor smoking, odor removal, or air purification.

7. Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours out of respect for neighbors and city guidelines.



Pet Policy

8. Pets Are Welcome—With Guidelines
• Pets must be house-trained.
• A $45 pet fee applies.
• Pets may not be left unattended in the property (city ordinance).
• No pets on any furniture or beds.
• Any pet-related damage or excessive cleaning will incur additional charges.



Health, Safety & Weather

9. Caution: Snow & Ice
The cabin is located in a mountain area where snow, ice, and wildlife are common. Use caution on outdoor steps, decks, and driveways—especially in winter months. Proper footwear is recommended.

10. Not Handicap Accessible
Due to stairs leading to the cabin, this property is not suitable for guests requiring wheelchair access or those with limited mobility.

11. Wildlife & Natural Setting
This is a forested area—please be aware of local critters and insects. Keep doors closed to avoid unwanted visitors (both animal and insect).

12. Power/Internet Outages
In rare cases, weather may impact power or internet services. No refunds will be issued for outages caused by storms or other natural events beyond our control.

Early or late check-in/out must be requested in advance if available.

14. Respect the Furniture & Decor
Please do not move or rearrange furniture. It is placed for comfort and safety.

15. Cleanliness Expectations
• Tidy up before departure.
• Please wash and put away used cookware. Excessive dirty dishes may result in extra charges. This is because cleaners will be charging for their extra time.
• Please remove trash before checkout there are two dumpsters located in the parking lot. This is part of the city guidelines.

16. Appliance Use
Use all appliances and fixtures with care. Please notify us immediately if anything is not functioning properly.

17. Keep Doors and Windows Closed
Do not leave doors or windows open while heat or AC is running.

18. Toilets
Only flush toilet paper. Do not flush wipes, sanitary products, or other items.

19. No Tampering with Safety Devices
Do not tamper with or disable smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, Wi-Fi routers, or security equipment.

20. Lost or Damaged Items
Guests are responsible for lost, broken, or missing items. Please report damage immediately so we can resolve it quickly.

21. Lost & Found
We’re happy to return forgotten items upon request.

The Ritz at Snow Summit

Modern clean comfortable! Right at the base of snow summit. The condo is in great condition. The complex has plenty of parking and awsome warm clean pool and immaculate resort style landscaping. We especially enjoyed the communal gas BBQ area listening to the birds chirp in the warm summer breeze.

Amazing ski in ski out cabin!!!

I booked this gorgeous cabin for my husband and 14 year old son to stay in for their trip to Big Bear over spring break and they absolutely loved it. The lifts for snow summit were right outside the door just as described and that was the best part!! It was super spacious and beautifully decorated, had everything they needed. It was freezing cold inside when they arrived, an icebox inside as my son said, but I understand that is an energy efficiency thing, just wanted to note that it if it’s cold when you’re staying here it will take a long time to heat up, so bundle up!! Other than they had the best time, best stay in this cabin/condo and couldn’t have found anything better or closer to the lifts!!

Not the refresh/remodel we were hoping for

Our host was very responsive. But it’s been a while since this unit was refreshed. It has single pane windows from when it was originally built. It’s very cold inside without running the heater. The heating system is creative of hotspots. The bigger bedroom is super cooking hot and the front bedroom is cold.The front window downstairs was cracked, which let in cold air. I don’t know exactly how it was remodeled? Pots and pans were OK. The location was pretty good. But the whole complex is rundown. It’s clean but tired. Hot water takes forever to get to any of the sinks in the house or the shower. Very simple if they crawled underneath and insulated the pipes, it would be much more responsive. For this kind of money I expected more. But as I say, the host was responsive and pleasant.

Great Location with Terrible Service

this two bedroom condo has an incredible location, probably one of the best if you want to ski at Snow Summit. The lifts are literally right next to the back patio. However, the communication and specifics of the Rental are one of the worst I have ever experienced. This listing has one notification that you have to pay an extra fee to use the hot tub that is embedded under 48 different amenities. This extra charge was never made clear and chase. The property manager was extremely rude and condescending when explaining the hidden fee. Chase even went as far as telling my family and I how to vacation and that we should just relax after asking if we could have the hot tub cleaned so that we could use it after having going back-and-forth over an hour. This manager never got back to us. I have to say his welcome was a major damper on our trip. At one point, he promised us that he would notify us if the hot tub was available and we never heard back. The absolute rudest incompetent property manager we have ever worked with across all sites. The rental itself is OK if you don’t mind mismatch towels that are rather rough and scratchy and pot you can barely cook with. Don’t expect to make pancakes for your family. All that was available was an 8 inch pan. Chromosome the beds were a seven out of ten in comfort. Overall, I would return to this rental if the property manager was replaced and I would bring my own cookware. As mentioned above, the location was incredible.
