Thank you for being great guests. We are only a phone call away or text to our guests. We lost a star for no shovel :( We honestly didn't see anything come through. Please if you email and don't get a response. Feel free to call us. We are always available. We do provide snow plow service free of charge during the winter snow. We will make sure we leave another shovel on the back deck. That's normally where it is. Thanks again for staying with us.

Thanks for your review. We provide Towels, Toilet Paper, Starter Soaps and Shampoo. We also have all kitchen utensils and all kitchenwate. We don't provide cooking oil or ingredients to cook.There are 3 extra balls for the foosball in the cabinet in game room. I wish you would have contacted me while you were staying there to explain where we keep the extra foosballs. I am happy however you found the cabin extremely clean. We take great pride in housekeeping. We have addressed the small broken items. Thanks, Mario

Hi Vicky thanks again for staying with us. We take such great pride in the cleanliness and comfort of our cabin. We are glad you mentioned that in your review. We always get amazing 5 star reviews. We apologize you didn't feel that you had a five star stay. We have a superb spa service that cleans and disinfects spa after every rental. If you would have let us know about the spa smelling over chlorinated we would have sent the service over to immediately balance the water. If that were the case. Regarding our floors we put brand new laminate flooring downstairs and upstairs where there is carpet we will now send a carpet cleaning company to steam clean it. In the winter it does get lots of use. The small glass door for the fireplace was taken off the hinges by the last guess we are also getting that fixed. In Big Bear we are located in a quiet neighborhood where most houses are owned by part-time owners and there are no full-time residents nearby. So the neighborhood is quiet. We are one block away from Snow Summit. However we are not on busy Snow Summit Boulevard. Big Bear is a Mountain Community it is broken down into neighborhoods and most cabins have neighbors.. The cabin is located in summit estates which is a very nice neighborhood we love taking walks around the block and taking inb the Mountain Air. The cabin is on a flat Street with very easy accessibility. We hope you can join us again you guys took great care of our cabin.
