A: No, pool heating is included in your stay at no additional cost. We use a powerful heat pump to heat the pool but cannot overcome extreme weather conditions.

A: The home is approximately 40 minutes from Tampa International Airport, depending on traffic conditions.

A: Yes, Sunset Beach and Howard Park Beach are both just a 10-minute drive away. Clearwater Beach, known for its stunning views, is 30 to 45 minutes away depending on traffic. Please note that there are no beaches within walking distance.
