Nice looking large home with plenty of room for privacy. Great pool & lanai area. But the best part for me was looking out at quiet Lake Christina, hearing the birds and ducks.Getting close up with the turtles.Just plain peaceful. Out host Naz was awesome and quick to respond to anything I asked. We most definitely would stay here again.

Well kept home. The stay was amazingly comfortable. Easy access, close to stores. We did not get pool weather but we still went in and enjoyed. Ready for my next booking.

Typical Florida style home. Really enjoyed the pool area. Very nicely landscaped and inside was spacious and comfortable.

We were not happy about not having access to local TV stations. We were informed after we arrived there that they do not offer TV. We were told the TV was a smart TV and we could watch netflix with our own account witch we do not have. The house did smell like cigarette smoke. We loved the layout of the house the place was very clean. The view of the lake was amazing. Everything work good.

Spacious

This was a perfect property for our family. SoMuch room, large back patio and pool, plus a backyard and dock on the lake. It was clean and well-maintained, everyone had a big bedroom, and bathrooms for everyone. We’ll definitely consider a return a visit.

Good vacation spot

We enjoyed the suburban neighborhood, as we had all the basic amenities within short driving distance. Enjoyed having a pool to take a dip in every day. The air conditioning took a little while to get up to speed, but eventually was perfect. Side note: the master bedroom was unusually warm. We were surprised one day by the pool maintenance guys, but it didn’t ruin our trip. Being on the lake was a plus as well - nice views and great view of sunrise. Overall, great place to stay.

Centrally located to beaches, shopping and restaurants.

First time in this are and we loved it. The lake provided a lot of wildlife viewing, even the alligator! Nice neighbors. Naz was very receptive and promptly answered any inquiries.

Family stay.

Family neighborhood. Neighbors friendly and gave the children bread to feed turtles in the lake. Lovely view and nice pool. It was a relaxing few days. Everything we needed was available. Host was very nice and accommodating.

House on Christina Lake Lane

June trip to Florida

My husband and I came down to Florida to visit my daughter and her family who live nearby, this is the second time at this house. We love it here, the kids love playing in the pool, my husband loves fishing on the dock. The house might be a little dated, but it is spotless and has everything you need. We think it is perfect😊

Very Pleased!

This was our first trip to the area and also using an online site for a home rental. We were very pleased with the condition of the home & the area. The house was clean, spacious and the pool was fantastic! My family loved the dock overlooking the lake. When we had questions on where and how things worked, Naz was quick to respond. It was a great experience.

Port Richey Stay

Good location with lots to do in the area. Home was good size. The pool was not heated so we could not use it during February. Bed in back bedroom very uncomfortable. No TV's in any of the bedrooms and there is no TV service available (had to use my own streaming service). Odor of what we assumed was cat urine in the master bedroom. Written instructions for TV use, garbage pickup, and check-out procedure would be helpful.

Perfect home away from home

We spent the month of March at this property and really enjoyed our time here. This house is more updated than what the pictures show. The bedroom with the king-size bed is the bedroom with the best view. The patio by the pool was so relaxing to either sit with your morning coffee or to have a beverage in the evening. We fished off the dock and fed the turtles. A cheap loaf of bread is all you need and the turtles will love you. When we wanted to hit the beach, it wasn't too far to Clearwater, John's Pass or Tarpon Springs. And then at the end of the day we were back in a nice quiet neighborhood to relax. Thank you Naz for letting us stay at your property! We can't wait to plan our next vacation!

Nice home

Beautiful home and property. Clean. Property well maintained. A little slim on supplies like trash bags, cleaning supplies,Towels. All furniture/beds need an upgrade. AC not working in queen size bed room at all. Temps in the house maintained around 76/78 around the clock even though AC set for 70 around the clock and that was uncomfortable for me.. Would definitely rent again only IF upgrades were made and AC working properly. Property manager responded quickly to concerns so this isn’t meant to be a negative review because we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Just an honest review.

Beautiful home!

My family and I stay at this beautiful house for 3 nights to celebrate my fathers 85th birthday. The house had a very nice layout and was nicely decorated. The only complaint I would have is that it is listed as having a heated pool. The solar heater is broken and talking to Naz,it is very expensive to fix. Not sure if he is planning on having it fixed. We were unable to swim in the pool because the water was so cold. Other than that and having the tv in the master bedroom not working,we had no complaints

Large home

The home is well suited in size for two couples or a family with children. Beware there is only 1 TV in the home ( the pictures on line show a TV in two bedrooms also) The couch in the living room is extremely uncomfortable. It is also not the one shown in the on line pictures . The king bed mattress also needs to be replaced as it is very uncomfortable. The pool area is very nice and it is peaceful sitting looking out over the lake. If the couch and mattress were replaced I would give it 5 stars but as is it is 4 stars in my opinion.

Lovely lake location

Super communication from host Naz, especially with a couple of housekeeping issues. Nice access to jetty on lake, turtles around. Good pool. Possibly close to next updating, would recommend

The property was a great get away for my family. The house was in great shape with lots of updates and close to many stores, beaches and activates. My kids can't wait to stay again!
