Welcome to this beautiful house only 10 minutes away from the famous Las Vegas strip and the airport! It is located in a prestigious gated community in Southern Highlands Las Vegas. Very quite location.The house has 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Modern furnishing and granite counter tops throughout the house. There are WiFi and Direct tv, three 55 inch smart led tvs. Most of the furniture are brand new. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook and prepare a meal. A washer and dryer inside the house will also make a one week's stay convenient.The backyard is in process of improving. Smith's grocery store is only one mile away. There are many restaurants less than 2 miles away. The airport is 10 minutes drive from the house.

A beautiful home in a very safe and secure area.

I absolutely LOVED my stay at this home. The host was very helpful and kind. She was always a quick phone call away and allowed me my privacy(which I desperately needed). The home itself is immaculate. Very spacious with a welcome feel. In many ways better than my own home. LOL. I needed a home for a couple months while I attended to some business in Las Vegas. The price per night was very reasonable(cheaper than other places 1/2 its size) I strongly recommend this home to families who’d like to get away with the kids as well as business travelers like myself who require extended time in the city and seek privacy to conduct business from home. I will definitely be booking this location again when I inevitably come back into town. Thank you Boriana!

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very comfortable, clean and the rooms were spacious. The neighborhood is a nice family area and quiet. Boriana was very responsive if we had questions or needed anything. Thank you Boriana and we look forward to staying at your property again!

Perfect home in the perfect location.

I'm an LV local and my family of 5 needed a home to rent while our house was under construction. After days of looking for the perfect home, in the perfect location and around the dates we needed, we were able to find this gem. The location was great being close to our kids schools and within minutes of freeway entrances. For anyone vacationing in LV, the location is perfect in the south part of town and close to Las Vegas Boulevard. Boriana and her husband are gracious hosts and thankfully they were able to extend our rental on more than one occasion when our home close was delayed. The home is clean and the amenities were perfect. Our family settled in nicely. The community is guard gated, which we loved, and left us feeling safe when our kids were home alone. Allowing pets was a big thing for us and the back yard was perfect for our two small dogs. DirecTV was also a must for my husband (during football season) and knowing he wouldn't miss a game was a relief. Overall, there was NOTHING wrong with this property and I would recommend it to anyone looking for an awesome home to rent for any extended time frame.

Very nice home and home owner is fantastic!

Very nice home in a guarded, gated community. We felt very safe and the home was in an upscale community less than fifteen minutes from the airport. The home was close to shopping and dining area and about two minutes from freeway. It was simple for us to find stores, restaurants, casinos, and of course, the strip. Boriana was very easy to work with and was very helpful. We had absolutely no issues, but she was just a phone call or text away if needed. She texted me to check on the stay and to insure that we were enjoying our stay. The house had many new items in it and she had just done some upgrades in the kitchen prior to our arrival. She obviously takes pride in the ownership of this rental. I would highly recommend this property to anybody wanting to rent it out! Give her a call and she will work with you.

Very happy with out stay! Very nice house

We stayed here for 2 months and had absolutely nothing bad to say about this home. It was very nice, nicely furnished, very safe neighborhood, and Boriana was extremely accommodating to anything and everything we needed. All tvs were nice and new, backyard was recently remodeled, we will definitely be staying there again next year. Thanks again Boriana! And sorry for the late review!

Beautiful home. Close to the strip. Awesome owner!

This well decorated, modern, very clean home is in the safest neighborhood close to the strip (about 10mins drive) just right by M resort and South point casino. The owner is very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed..

Vegas Surprise

The house was absolutely perfect for our stay! It was conveniently located to the strip, all of the shopping that you could imagine, and restaurants everywhere. There is a grocery store very close by coffee shops, and even fast food restaurants within 1 mile of the house we would definitely rent this home again and it was perfect for my family and ourselves. Boriana could not have been more welcoming and concerned about making sure that our stay was perfect! I love the space in the house and the ability to cook in the big kitchen. I also really love the soft comfortable beds. Everything in the house seemed brand-new as far as furniture and the backyard was beautiful to sit and have coffee every morning.
