Enjoy the year-round views at this cabin. Just minutes from the parkway in Gatlinburg, this cabin has it all. The serenity of the Smokies and convenience to attractions, dining, downtown Gatlinburg, and even Anakeesta. When you enter the cabin, you are greeted with lofted ceilings and a grand gas fireplace. There is a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The main level even features the master suite with King Size Bedroom. The main level bathroom has a glass enclosed walk-in shower with luxury finishes. The upper level features a loft area with a trundle bed, kids sitting table set, and bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination. There is also a bedroom with a Queen Size Bed in the bedroom on the upper level. The lower level features the fun. There is a secondary living room set with 68-inch Flat Screen Television and a game room. The game room features a pool table and 2 stand up arcade gaming systems. There are plenty of games for the entire group to enjoy. The lower level also features a covered porch with hot tub, mountain views including Ober, and a screened in Tikki Hut. The Tikki hut features a bar top, drink fridge, and a high-top cocktail table with seating for 2. Enjoy the views from Peak of Perfection and all the amenities for the entire family to enjoy. The location and amenities were very nice, but the place was very dirty (old soap left behind, no new soap left in each restroom, dining table was dirty, hot tub had a moldy smell) with a significant amount of untended damage (hole in a wall, broken screens on doors, fireplace was hit-or-miss) when we got there. The company that rents the place makes you sign documents saying that you’ll list the condition of things within 2 hours of arriving, which is hard to do with a space of that size. It’s possible that the place just didn’t get a thorough cleaning because check-in was on the afternoon of Christmas Eve (so the cleaners may have been short staffed and in a rush). Overall, I would say that this place did not meet my expectations but it did not thoroughly disappoint.

This is such a lovely cabin! The rooms were very comfortable, the kitchen had all we needed, the hot tub was nice, the VIEWS are amazing, and the location was perfect! The road up to the cabin is a little scary, but otherwise, we loved it! We will be back!

The home itself was impressive in size and location, my overall experience was overshadowed by a cleanliness issues. The cabin is spacious, centrally located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, close to grocery stores, and offers beautiful views.Unfortunately, I’m giving this property 3 out of 5 stars due to the lack of cleanliness upon arrival. I understand that rental properties can be challenging to maintain, but the condition of this cabin fell below my expectations. It was disappointing to arrive ready to enjoy our stay only to find the property had not been properly cleaned.I contacted the host immediately, and they were responsive and offered to send someone to address the issues. At that point, however, it would have been an inconvenience for my family. I ended up sweeping and cleaning two bathrooms on the middle and top floors myself. In one of those bathrooms, there was a bar of soap left behind and areas that clearly had not been cleaned after the previous guests. The bottom floor bedroom couldn’t be used due to a strong, unpleasant odor. While I understand ladybugs/bugsvcan be common in the area, they were present throughout the cabin, and in some areas it was clear they had been there for quite some time. Additionally, the rollout bed on the top floor had dirty sheets and no comforter, forcing us to take bedding from a downstairs bedroom. Although the host was understanding and communicative when I shared photos, and I would be hesitant to stay here again.

Christmas in Gatlinburg

This was a great property in Gatlinburg to spend Christmas.There were 7 adults and we had plenty of space. The view of the mountains is amazing.They do have a back yard, unfortunately they had the gate locked and we could not utilize it for our dog. Be aware the road leading to the cabin is narrow and steep. The driveway is also a bit steep and hard to see when driving into it.Otherwise, it was a great place to stay!!
