The location is perfect! Walk to the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center in about 5 minutes and the newly renovated International Marketplace in about 5-7 minutes. All of Waikiki's best beaches are just a few minutes walk away!
Take a refreshing swim in the outdoor pool, or relax in the sauna and jet spa. Have a quick workout in the gym before you swim too! Experience the fun and sun, the food and nightlife, and “The View” with much Aloha here at the Island Colony.

The Island Colony located at 445 Seaside Ave on the 16th Floor.

Check in is at 3:30pm— Check out is at 10:30am
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival.

Absolutely beautiful location. I enjoyed the sunrise every morning on the balcony from the master bedroom. I didn't realize there was a hallway between the living area and the bedroom which was a nice surprise! The kitchen was a great amenity though we ended up not using it at all. Everything was gorgeous and very clean.

This was the 13th time I’ve stayed in Waikiki from Australia, I was so impressed by the modern apartment which was modern and renovated with a decent sized bathroom which seems rare America. I loved the building and all the facilities, I really didn’t want to give such a great review, as I don’t want the price to go up for the next trip. It’s literally close to everything and had the most amazing view or the mountains, Diamond Head and the canal. Thank you so much,

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was roomy enough for 3 with the sofabed and we enjoyed the mountain and canal views from the living room. We appreciated having plenty of towels for bath and beach. The location is convenient to many services. the downside was the parking overnight pass instructions were confusing, the machine did not always respond to enter/exit, and parking spaces are very small - glad we had a tiny car. a recommendation to stay here would come with a caveat about the parking.

Very noisy at all times

The apartment was clean and tidy and well located. However, we did have issues with the amount of noise at all hours of the day and night. This meant we were unable to sleep which affected the enjoyment of our first trip to Hawaii. Additionally, the lamps by the side of the bed were a hazard and we both kept bumping our heads on them getting in and out of bed.It was such a shame about the noise, otherwise we could have given the accommodation a much higher score. Would we stay here again - afraid not.
