Stainless steel appliances. 4 flat screen TV's. Masterbath remodeled 2014 with walk-in shower. Kitchen and guest bath remodel scheduled for fall of 2016.

A great family place that offers programs for children.

Great view and great location. Property has excellent amenities which were a pleasant surprise.

This is a lovely property with an amazing view. Excellent view of the sunset. Seating was adequate for a party of 6. The kitchens and bathrooms were upgraded and very modern and stylish. Master bed was not very comfortable and the pull out sofa was horrible. My 7 yr old twins (50lbs) complained about the mattress and sore backs in the morning. The other beds were reported to be very comfortable. The view is amazing though and can't be beat. Everyone loved hanging out on the lanai every morning and evening. Owner provided coolers, umbrella, some chairs and a bucket. If you are a Sheller, the property has a shell washing station right next to beach access- it even had a great shell identification guide. And it was great shelling.

Heated pool, your own reserved parking spot, and a kids activity center were added touches that enhanced the stay. Highly recommend.

Loved the condo

Loved the lay out of condo. Love how close it was to beach. Air conditioner did not work well throughout our stay. Tech's worked on it twice. The condo stayed 78 degrees all week.

Stay away until repairs completed!

We just finished a two-week stay at this unit. And, when you figure in fees, taxes, etc., you will be paying a lot on a per night basis. The location and the complex justify the price, as nothing is cheap on Sanibel. But the condition of the unit made me feel like the owner is so intent on milking every penny out of it that he/she is willing to rent out an inferior product by any standard. When you open the door upon arrival, you are greeted by carpeting with large stains. Next, open the plantation blinds on each window and discover at least one set at each window is broken and must be set by hand. Then, step into the master bath (which sorely needs upgrading) to fib the sink is chipped and cracked. Take a shower in the second bathroom and you will discover the lack of caulking at the bottom of the glass door results in water all over the floor each time it is used. Open the new refrigerator and you will discover the cover on the deli tray is broken and drops down each time the door is opened. As you step back out the door to head to the beach, you will find the screen in the door is torn, so you must be careful not to get caught in it. The inferior maintenance of this property needs to drive potential renters away until improvements are made.

Owner's Response: We are quite concerned that our guest was not happy with his accommodations. Our goal as a property manager is for all our guests to be happy campers and should they encounter a problem we are here to rectify that problem promptly and to the satisfaction of our guest. This rental stay was during our high season with back to back rentals and issues can occur that we are not aware of unless someone indicates there is a problem. We have checked our records twice and this guest never once called our office with any complaints of any kind. Had the guest informed us of the complaints he has listed we would have responded to all of them immediately. As of this writing the carpets have been cleaned; the torn screen replaced; the shutters have been repaired and the shower caulking has also been addressed. We also checked the “Deli Tray” and found it to be working properly (we are not at all sure why the guest had difficulty with it). All this was done very quickly and could have been accomplished with no inconvenience to the guest had he informed us of the issues concerning him. The condominium is a privately owned unit and the unit owner is aware that his bathrooms are not horrible but could use updating and does have it scheduled to be updated in the late summer when the Condominium Association will allow that type of work to be done. Last year the unit owner updated the kitchen and replaced much of the furnishings. Again we are sorry this guest’s stay was not all it could have been, however we are here to service the guest and if he does not let us know there is an issue that needs attention there is not much we can do about that.
