Private, 4- Season Waterville Estates Getaway

DAILY and WEEKLY rentals only - no monthly rentals.

Bright, open-concept, 3-bedroom home located on 2-acres off quiet dirt road in Waterville Estates. Newly renovated kitchen, bath and flooring.
Beautiful wooded views from every window of our 1700 sq. ft. home. This 4-season getaway is private yet minutes away from resort amenities and local attractions-a great place to have fun and escape!

Located in the beautiful White Mountains of New Hampshire, just 2 hours from Boston, there is plenty to do just outside our door–no matter what the season! Minutes from the Community Recreation Center you’ll have access to two outdoor pools/two indoor pools/hot tubs, basketball and tennis courts, gym, sauna, game room and locker rooms–along with poolside food and beverage service during the summer. You’ll have access to the Center through 1 guest pass–extra passes can be purchased ($25 per day Friday - Sunday, $15 per day Monday - Thursday, $10 per day 65+, children under 7 get in free with an adult pass). Also within Waterville Estates is Campton Mountain, a small but mighty ski mountain with a lodge/restaurant and roaring fires during the winter–a great family place to ski. We are also 15 min. from Waterville Valley Ski Area and many state parks that are great for hiking.

Our home includes a large entry way/mudroom with laundry–a great place to leave wet ski boots and hang jackets as you walk in the door. Two steps up lead to the main living area of the house which consists of an open layout with the kitchen, dining area and living room–so there is plenty of room to spread out. The first floor has one bedroom with a set of bunk beds and a full size bathroom. A large leather couch and flat screen TV offers a great place to relax by the warm wood stove after a long day of hiking or skiing! Cathedral ceilings give it that bright, airy feel, as you look up to the 2 additional bedrooms on the 2nd floor. One bedroom with 2 twin beds and a master bedroom with a master bath.

Campton Ski Mountain does not make its own snow so depends on mother nature - so please ask if it is open if you plan on skiing there during your stay.

Beautiful House Just not for the Summer

We stayed the weekend of August 5th-8th. The house was clean, plenty of room for a family of 5, beautiful location and views. Only complaint no A/C, even with windows open it was very hot in the house. Would definitely come back in the cooler months.

You can tell that this home is a private home that is loved by its family! Everything was perfect, the beds were comfortable, the house was clean and the outdoor space was lovely (bring chairs to enjoy). The best part was the kitchen had everything we needed to cook! Can opener, spatula, egg pan, everything! No running to the store to buy kitchen utensils! Chris was very easy to work with! Would definitely stay here again!

Great place near stunning NH lakes and mountains

This clean and spacious space was great for our family of four. We cooked several nights (kitchen had everything we needed -- outdoor grill too!). Chris was extremely responsive and sent us some great recommendations for nearby hikes, restaurants, etc. Coming from lower NY, we wondered if no A/C would be uncomfortable in late July, but no! The wooded property and proximity to the great White Mountains made for delightfully cool nights and great sleep. The Waterville Estates amenities were also great (Community Center with tennis courts, a pond for swimming, pools, and a fitness center).

This house was perfect for us. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Close to my wife's brother's place so we were able to hang out with family at the pool area and on local hiking trails. We would definitely return.

We loved our weekend at this house! The owners have done a really lovely renovation on the inside. Very well done and clean. Good communication from the owners. We skied Cannon (~30 minutes away) and Waterville (15 minutes down the road). We would definitely rent again!

Absolutely perfect for families!

We went up for a long weekend of leaf peeping and relaxing. This house was perfect! Plenty of room to spread out and fully accommodations for meal preparation. We cooked everyday! My only wish was that the bunk beds had bees on the second level as pictured. Due to them being on the first floor my spouse and I had to sleep separately as our 8yr old daughter was afraid to sleep downstairs by herself. The master is on the third floor with a private bath. Loved having a washer and dryer and the mud room kept the house tidy all weekend. The fire pit in the backyard was perfect entertainment for the evenings. We will be coming back!
