The whole property was immaculately clean, the beds were comfy, and there were little things that showed a lot of care on the host's part (fully stocked firewood for the fire pit, a complimentary snack from a local business, and even really nice TP!).The fire pit was really nice to hang out around, and the area was very peaceful.We would definitely book here again - the whole group enjoyed the stay.

This house was perfect for what we needed. It was very clean and well maintained. The screened in porch was great for meals outside and our toddler enjoyed having a yard to run around and play. We would definitely stay again the next time we are in the area!

We had a great experience at this house! We were in town for a basketball tournament at Spooky Nook and it was only a 10 minute drive to the complex. So quiet and peaceful sitting by the fire pit. They had everything we needed and our boys had such a good time relaxing in a living room rather than a hotel room!!

My family was in town for a wedding at the Melhorn Manor. The house was very clean and the gift of local popcorn was so thoughtful and delicious! Very grateful for the pack and play crib. Saved us from needing to pack one. Communication was excellent!

Came right in to some delicious snacks the host left and a great assortment of K-cups. The air conditioner window units in the bedrooms were already on which was amazing. The beds were very comfortable. It was an easy 10 minute drive to Spooky Nook. The fire pit and outdoor seating was nice and peaceful.

We visited Lancaster for a basketball tournament at Spooky Nook. It was an easy 10 minute drive. The house was perfect. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The coffee and snacks left by the host were nice touch! The window air conditioning units kept the house comfortable and cool! There were plenty of towels and blankets provided. We ate at their recommended restaurants and loved it. Thanks for making our trip so comfortable! We’ll be back!

This home had everything you could ask for-myself and two kids traveled here for a basketball tournament and stayed four nights and this home was perfectly located to stores, spookynook, restaurants (not like you needed one as the kitchen is fully stocked to prepare your own meals if you choose) would love if the bunk bed room had a full sized bed under twin bunk set up over the existing twin bunks as I was traveling with two teens BUT that’s a mere suggestion - the place met our needs and then some- looking forward to book there again if it’s available next year!!!
