Prive verwarmd zwembad thuis. Loop of fiets naar Shamrock Park en dicht bij de stranden

Ons huis is ideaal gelegen in de wijk Zuid-Venetië op loopafstand van Shamrock Park. Het is een korte rit naar verschillende prachtige stranden en een veerboot is inbegrepen bij uw huur voor het privéstrand van Zuid-Venetië.

Dit huis heeft een van de grotere privézwembaden in de buurt. Het zwembad wordt verwarmd door een hybride verwarmingssysteem en het houdt het zwembad zelfs op koelere winterdagen warm. Er zijn GEEN extra kosten voor het verwarmen van het zwembad! De Lanai die het zwembad bedekt, is groot en perfect om in de zon op de ligstoelen te liggen of te eten en te ontspannen in de eethoek in de buitenlucht met een grote zonnescherm voor de warme dagen.

De extra grote achtertuin is volledig omheind voor uw eigen persoonlijke ruimte en voor degenen die op zoek zijn naar een veilige plek voor hun huisdieren. Het hek is aan 3 zijden privé.

De woning heeft twee gerenoveerde en bijgewerkte badkamers, keuken met granieten werkbladen met ontbijtbar, roestvrijstalen apparaten en drie slaapkamers. De 3e slaapkamer heeft een uitschuifbed en fungeert als kantoorruimte of leeshoek voor koppels of kleine groepen die geen 3e slaapkamer nodig hebben.

De twee belangrijkste slaapkamers hebben schotel-tv met nieuwe flatscreen-tv's en nog een flatscreen-tv in de woonkamer. Gratis wifi in huis. U bent ook voorzien van een grill en propaan in de achtertuin Lanai.

Veel mensen zullen het moeilijk vinden om uw persoonlijke privé-zwembad te verlaten dat perfect op het zuiden ligt voor de zon. Maar zorg ervoor dat je de stranden en Shamrock Park bereikt, met wandelpaden, een natuurcentrum, tennisbanen, een speeltuin en basketbalvelden. Er zijn ook golfbanen in de stad.

Deze woning en locatie zijn perfect voor zowel actieve vakantiegangers, gezinnen en mensen die gewoon willen ontspannen. Wij leveren strandstoelen, handdoeken, speelgoed, haaientanden zeven, tennisrackets, fietsen en nog veel meer!

We had a great stay at Ryan & Lee's place. My girlfriend, dog, and I came up from Fort Myers and mother/step dad came down from Maryland.We visited Manasota Key Beach, Venice Beach, Nokomis Beach, and Siesta Key while we were there and also perused Historic Downtown Venice.The property was neat and clean and the owner was very responsive to messages. The neighborhood was pretty quiet and most of your needs (grocery store, restaurants, etc) were all within a 10 minute drive.We would certainly stay again!

The pool and yard were beautiful. The house is older but everything we needed was provided. FYI, water is well water so it has an egg smell.

Loved our stay.

We highly recommend the Piedmont House.Close proximity to beaches, shopping and restaurants. There are also bikes provided for bike trails.We spent the majority of our week stay in the beautiful pool.Ryan, the host, will address any concerns or questions you have.The Piedmont House is very warm and inviting.I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we have.

The perfect getaway!

Where do i start? Adorable home with all the little things..we enjoyed our stay immensely with 3 young children. Shamrock park and the biking trail was a great start to many of our days. The local beaches were breathtaking and lots of shark teeth were collected. Sharkeys pier will absolutely see us again! Burgers on the screened in patio and a swim in the heated pool was exactly what we needed at the end of the day! Very helpful and courteous owner available for info any time.. this vacation was almost too good to be true!

PERFECT STAY

Ryan, thank you for a great stay. Your home was everything you stated. Pool was wonderful and so was the dog beach being only 10 minutes away. Went every day. Tried to find time for the ferry but never made it. Between the beach, pool and exploring the area never found the time. Enjoyed your home so much I didn`t want to leave. Usually ready to go home but not this time. Thanks again for a great time and will be back next year.

Wonderful pet friendly home

We had an absolutely fantastic time at this family home. The owners were great to communicate with. Outdoor space is big and all new fenced in yard which made the stay with our pets so easier. Quiet neighborhood. Close to beaches , downtown and stores. Nice golf courses in the area too! The lovely home had so much to enjoy close by. Lounging at the pool is awesome if you didn’t feel like venturing out. Lots to do in the Venice area. Thank you so much Ryan and family for having us. You are a wonderful host and so easy to communicate with. We can’t wait til next year!

Comfortable, great location

Stayed for a week, wish it was longer. Home was clean and had everything we could have needed. Pool was really nice. Ryan was really responsive when we had questions. Location is great, easy access to beaches, restaurants, Shamrock Park is really nice. Allows for walking along the inter coastal waterway. The home is in a long established neighborhood with homes of various upkeep. The only knock we had was with a neighbor who left trash on the lawn. We picked it up and disposed of it properly. Ryan's home is well kept and very comfortable.

Impromptu Family Spring Break Trip

We loved our time in this welcoming & home-y family home with 88 degrees pool in quiet neighborhood! Our family decided to take a quick spring break trip to enjoy the Florida sunshine and each other's company. This property allowed us to hang out together by the pool, watch movies and head out to Venice Beach or Manasota Beach that was nearby. I appreciated how responsive the property owners responsive to any questions I had to prepare and all the amenities available for us to use to make this trip feel effortless. Pool toys, bikes, beach towels, clean bedding, cleaning supplies, washer and dryer use. All of these and more helped to create a memorable vacation and prepare for our return home. We absolutely loved it! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Amazing Time/Wonderful host

Our experience in Venice was a great one! Ryan and his family sure know how to cater to travelers. You can find absolutely anything you'll ever need in this property and plenty of it. It was clean and comfortable. Our 4 year-old girl and my 9 month-old baby had a blast. There was beach equipment, toys and even floats for both of them. Not to mention, I didn't even have to pack a crib! The baby swing was my son's favorite pastime, and my daughter's was the pool. Conveniently, along with this property, you get a pass to go on the South Venice Beach Ferry. The beach is gorgeous, and the boat ride short but very pleasant. There are many business and options around, especially the very charming Venice Historic Downtown. Also, it is close to Siesta Key, the #1 beach in America, and Manasota Key!

Decent house with a very nice pool. The mattresses on the twin beds were horrible. The carpets in the bedrooms need to be ripped out. I would replace with tile. The bathroom sink had so much hair gathered around the drain the water drained very slow. We wouldn't use the dish washer because it was so nasty with built up Calcium and grease laying in the bottom of it. We washed everything by hand before and after we used it. Very poor cleanliness.

Winter Vacation

We stayed for a month. This is a beautiful older house in a very nice residential area of South Venice near Shamrock Park. The backyard is fenced with lemon trees that are usable for cooking. The screened in pool area has a shaded table for outdoor dining (there is also a dining area indoors) and a propane grill with plenty of gas cylinders. The heated pool was fabulous. Access to a private beach via private ferry is included. Highly recommend the private beach. The home is very well equipped with beach and recreational equipment. (See pictures of garage interior for details.) The kitchen is well stocked. We cooked in some, grilled some, and enjoyed various restaurants during our stay. Recommend Detweiler's, Publix, and Wal-Mart for groceries. We ate at the Sunshine Cafe, Thai Bisto, Darrell's, Dockside Grill, and Crow's Nest and recommend them all. There are ample supplies of basics, i.e. paper towel, toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc. available in the garage. Ryan was very attentive, checking in to confirm we had gotten in and that all was satisfactory upon arrival. Would highly recommend and will stay there again ourselves.

Fantastic Place & Great Vacation

This home is exactly why I use VRBO it was as advertised. It is a older home and been very nicely remodeled and decorated. We always take two totes of supplies just in case, but this home was well stocked by the owner and likely guests like us who leave remaining supplies. Place is very clean, A/C worked great, has plenty of towels/linens, large frig, and has absolutely everything you should need including a gas grill and pool supplies. Casey our dog loved roaming the nicely landscaped yard, and you can tell that the guest who stay here treat it as if it is their home too. The neighborhood was very quite and with the privacy fence you forget anyone lives nearby. It was hot and we spent a lot of time in the pool or sitting at the table under the sun shade. Location to beaches and the main road Tamiami was excellent. We used Shamrock Park which was only a few blocks away to hike and walk the dog. Also the Venice Ferry pass to South Venice Beach where we collected a lot of shark teeth. Unbelievable how many shark teeth wash ashore and once you know what to look for are easy to find. Also took a beautiful boat ride with Sail Venice. Thankfully we went to every beach in Sarasota county several times they may never be the same again. Biggest disappointment was we had to leave a day early because of Hurricane Irma. We loved everything about the home and area except the traffic which were not accustomed to seeing how were country dwellers.. Hopefully this home and Venice will be spared and we can return next year.

PERFECT VACATION

This was my 4th time staying at this property. Every time has been a 5star review. Ryan is a perfect host ! The house is very comfortable ( beds are great). The pool is big and a very comfortable temp. Large fenced yard for privacy and great for dogs. Beaches are a 10-15 min.drive. Thanks Ryan for another great stay. I'll be returning again. Milton S.

We have two boys Jon and Beau. We love to be active and go kayaking, canoeing, and biking, but we also love to kick back and relax.

Now my parents own a home there that they use as a vacation home as well and have been very successfully renting for 6 years now. Lee and I chose this home because we love the area and we know what type of people will love it too. It's important to find the right vacation match for you and we feel comfortable recommending this home to almost any vacationer. Ask us questions!!! We want it to be an unforgettable vacation home experience for you! You'll never think of condos or hotels again!!

Wat deze accommodatie uniek maakt

It has the things we love and more.... including being in walking distance to Shamrock Park and the Inland Waterway, which are two beautiful walking biking, playing areas that are right at your fingertips. That was a big sell for us. Also, we love that you can reach 4 different beaches in 10 minutes or less. We love to go to the Venice Pier and walk out over the ocean and then grab a drink at Sharky's before we jump in for a swim. This home also has the largest pool in the neighborhood and you can truly swim in it unlike some of the smaller 'dipper pools' in Florida. The biking is beautiful along the waterway. We have not yet done the Legacy trail, but I have heard it is nice as well. There are also golf courses in town. Lastly the town of Venice....it's a true gem. There are not many classy small towns on the coast of Florida anymore. You'll love it if you ARE NOT looking to be smothered by 10 story condos while on your vacation. And lastly, the sunsets. Enjoy the sunsets. Our favorite routine is a walk or bike in the morning in the park, beach around noon, back to our personal private pool for the afternoon and early dinner cooking on the grill, and then back to the beach for sunset. You can kick back and relax or get out and have an adventure, whatever works for your vacation. Enjoy!
