Thoughtfully remodeled, to reflect Venice's famous beaches, and nautical history - this coastal home is a blend of traditional Florida aesthetics + artisanal modern craftsmanship with sliding glass doors access throughout. Natural materials, eastern light with an evening cool, and an open floor plan within a shaded screened lanai sunroom, including an additional study and office area provide gathering areas for family activities while private nooks for work and rest are tucked away, Notes of "citrus" upon the breeze from Lemon Bay enhance sunset siestas upon the white sandy private beach and lagoon pool (heated upon request in the winter months). Guests are welcome to entertain, relax, and request any company from myself; as I am always available, and happy to provide any and all amenities to assure you have a wonderful stay. This holiday home/ micro-resort is set with the intentions for creating a homely atmosphere and/or vibrant engaging communal areas. However, the 2 Homes and properties, are both unique, independent of each other, and very private. The shared, common area, where the pool is located, is on a 3rd lot, behind Main Home, and accessible directly from Guest House. All of the immediate neighbors, are very friendly, and waves and hellos are the way of things around here. Everyone takes great care of their yards. And the Neighborhood is Cute, Quiet & Safe. Yet still close to Everything! "Guest" Home sits on private, fenced lot. And next door to the "Main" House. Situated on its own fenced, private lot. Rental includes access to 3rd lot, located behind "Main" Home. Which boasts an Incredible, Lagoon Entry Pool. Sandy Beach. Fire Pit. Several Art Instalations. A Beautiful Water Feature. Many Seating, Dining & Relaxation Options. And much more. Additionaly. Both properties can be rented together, to provide lodging, for larger groups or families. Inquire for more details.
