We went all out on all things mermaid with a modern twist to keep it masculine. We’re just 5 mins from the beach and boat ramp. We are also surrounded by great local spots like Tampa, St. Pete, and Clearwater Beach.

5 mins from the beach, this extravagant home is perfect for families, girls trips, couples trips, or anyone wanting a relaxing escape with a unique spin on luxury!

MERMAID EXPERIENCE: We are in partner with Rain Clothing Company a local lifestyle/surf brand and Wild Rain Media a local photography/videography company. Our special mermaid house merch and accessories are available on www.rainclothingco.com. Message us to order any apparel or to book a photo/video shoot during your stay.

BEDROOMS 1,2,&3 all have their own: queen bed, 55” 4k smart tv, dedicated work space desk/vanity with mirror, full length mirrors, hair dryer, closet, laundry hamper, & luggage racks.

BATHROOMS: water softener for high quality water, Renpure biotin & collagen shampoo and conditioner, method men’s and women’s body soap, method hand soap, & towels.

OUTDOOR LIVING: picnic table, lounge chairs, propane grill, spike ball, & corn hole.

KITCHEN: fully equipped, all new appliances, reverse osmosis water tap, ice maker, coffee bar, dishwasher, Keurig coffee machine, toaster, air fryer, tea kettle, cupcake pans, baking pans, strainer, utensils, plates, bowls, cups, wine opener, shot glasses, mixer, mixing bowls, measuring cups, knives, grilling utensils, tin foil, Zip-loc bags, pancake griddle, & waffle maker.

DINING: 4 person breakfast bar & 6 person round dining table.

INDOOR LIVING: 65” 4k smart TV, electric fire place, wrap around sofa, swing, instagram wall, open concept living space with art work & high end decorative finishes.

BEACH ESSENTIALS: beach chairs, rafts, cooler, beach blanket, & towels.

GENERAL: Free Wifi, complimentary toiletries, linens/towels, central air conditioning and heating in all spaces, in-unit washer/dryer, iron and ironing board, & water softener.

PARKING: driveway

GUEST ACCESS: Get entry using the August app.

SECURITY CAMERAS: On SE and NE corner of home. They are located outside of the fence for security only.

The mermaid house was magnificent..Very nicely decirated...awesome colors. Close enough to walk to restaraunts and stores. Very con iently located to beaches and other attractions.i will definitely stay there again on my next trip to the Ckearwater area

We loved our stay at the Mermaid house! Everything was so clean and well thought out. The kitchen is stocked if you want to eat in. There are comfy outdoor chairs and a grill if you want to sit outside. The layout of the house worked perfectly for us with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Very helpful that we didn’t have to bring hairdryers! Check-in and checkout was super easy. The location was perfect for us too. Allison is just a message away but we didn’t need anything. We would definitely stay here again.

Definitely coming back!

Stayed here with my girlfriend for a getaway near the beach and we had such an amazing time. The whole place is so unique and fun and the host was great offering us plenty of recommendations when we needed it. We definitely will be back.

Perfect for a family or girls trip!

Allison was a great host and very accommodating. This house had everything you could think of that you may need while you are away and every detail was very well thought out. We had a rain day during our visit and there were things to do inside the house to keep everyone busy. It was easy a great and easy location from the beach, the airport, shopping, and much more. We will definitely be booking again.

A spectacular experience

This property was immaculate all around. The place was very clean and all new. The kitchen and bathrooms were very luxurious and the mermaid theme was very fun. The back yard was fenced in nicely and was a cozy place to hang out. We played lots of corn hole! A great place to stay with friends, family or a significant other.

Marvelous Mermaid Adventure

The Mermaid House was AMAZING!! The decor was beautiful and everything matched with the mermaid theme. From the moment we walked in the front door we felt special and right at home. The kitchen was equipped with everything you would need to fix a meal, except the food of course. There was always plenty of ice. The living room was comfy and had a big screen tv. We enjoyed a couple of movies. The bedrooms were decorated so cute and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were brightly decorated and I loved they way the floor and walls glittered. Our group had five people and there was plenty of hot water each morning for us to shower. There were beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler and umbrellas for a fun trip to the nearby beaches. There are board games to play and also cornhole equipment. The property managers left their number and answered my texts very quickly. They were very east to deal with. This place was MARVELOUS and made coming home fun. We all hated to leave!! You want to book this place immediately.

Our Family has lived on the beach for 3 generations and while this rental is not on the beach, we have taken the vibe of Mermaids and Treasures inland. Your family and friends will have as much fun here as we have had designing the home to make it a vacation you won't forget.
