Thank you for your kind words about the location, amenities, and communication, and for your recommendation. We are sorry to hear about the maintenance technician entering without prior notice and understand how unexpected that must have felt; we will look into this to ensure better coordination in the future.

Not clean. The floors and tubs and furniture were dirty. The area rug was matted flat with dirt and was disgusting. The queen bedroom I stayed in was stuffy. The air conditioning did not flow through that room. The ceiling fan in that room made a constant clicking sound. The fitted sheets on the beds did not fit the beds well and came off the corners nightly, exposing the mattress cover that was stained.

This property was very clean. We were very impressed by the size of the home. This home is perfect for large families. The owner provided many amenities to use in the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. We had a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. Easy access to the beach. Parking was great for anyone with lifted vehicles.

Amazing location, easy check in process. Negatives - not enough bath towels/toilet paper/paper towels/ no trash bags; lights, lamps, fans that didn’t work; AC was freezing on one end and hot on the other.
