On the base of Mt Snow! This family friendly 3bd/3bath condo is perfect for you ski vacation or summer getaway! Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located condo. Amenities include heated Pool ( May-Oct), Hot tub and gym for no addl cost. Free Shuttle service outside your door that will take you to the lifts in less than 5 minutes.

Minutes from quintessential Vermont town of Wilmington. Shope, dine and visit the famous flea market( May-Oct).

2 queen bedrooms on the main level and 2 bunk beds in the loft. Perfect for 2 families.

- Primary guest must be 30 and over
- primary guest required to sign a rental agreement with photo ID

*- A preauthorization charge of $500 will be placed on your CC in leu of a refundable security deposit just prior to checkout. This charge will be released no later than 5 days from your departure.

Great ski trip getaway!

Update condo with excellent views and right by mount snow!!! Tons of games for those of you that don’t ski/board. Beware of the driveways/walkways/stairs if it snows a lot!

The unit itself was clean, which I appreciate, but unfortunately that was one of the few positives.The heating system takes an extremely long time to turn on and, worse, it shuts off on its own in the early morning, leaving the unit uncomfortably cold. This was a major issue, especially given winter conditions.The clubhouse amenities were disappointing. The jacuzzi and small gym are far from the unit, located across a very busy street, and the facility is not well maintained, making it inconvenient and uninviting to use.For the price, this rental is overpriced for what you get. To make matters worse, the owner charged me for additional people even though our group was only 2 adults and 2 children, which was well within the sleeping configuration of the unit. I requested a refund for this incorrect charge and never received a response, which is unacceptable.Additionally, ice and snow were everywhere, and the walkways were dangerously slippery, creating a serious safety concern that should have been addressed.Given the high cost, guests should not be charged extra when they are clearly within the unit’s stated occupancy, and basic safety and comfort expectations should be met. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not stay here again.
