Great communication. Very clean place. It is noisier next to the highway but we knew that could be a possibility. 10 minute Uber to the convention center.

Great location

The house was super clean and the host was responsive. We were able to walk to Lucas Oil Stadium for a concert, so the location was perfect. The check out process was also very easy and streamlined. I’d highly recommend staying here!

Close to Stadiums and Well Maintained

This property was conveniently located for getting to the stadiums and the downtown area. Not very walkable, but a quick drive. Everything was super clean and looked new. The only downside is the traffic noise is very loud through the night.

This Air b&b was really nice and everything was as advertised! There’s only two things that I’d say that’s not positive about it and that’s the fact at night it was a lil difficult to locate but after you find where it is you’re good to go once you go out then come back in.. Also, felt like the hot water could’ve been hotter than what it was… Overall a great place to rent tho

Indy trip

Love the unit, great communication. Very clean, great amenities and very spacious. One complaint was the noise from the interstate as the unit sits right beside it. Would use again.

Wonderful stay

I absolutely loved the property. Everything was clean, fresh, & so nicely arranged inside. One night there was a issue with the lock & we got locked out around 3-4ish & the owner came to help get me inside with no problem! He was extremely friendly & helpful! I would 10 out of 10 recommend anyone looking for a beautiful BNB to book! I’d definitely stay here again in the future!

Excellent Experience

Our stay was excellent. The area looked a little sketchy at first but since we don't travel much maybe it was just me. We had absolutely no negative experience. The owner provided everything needed for a comfortable stay: shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, dish soap, dishes, sheets, towels, wifi, TV, microwave, coffee pot & coffee. I would definitely stay again!

Nice home

This was a nice property overall to stay at. The shower did not work. That was the biggest downfall to this property. Also there was a lot of dust in this house. Overall nice property to stay at.

Nice house

This house was great for our couples trip. We spent majority of our time together playing pool and darts. It was also very nice being close to restaurants so we didn’t have to travel far our first night. There could have been more pans/pots for cooking if you’re wanting to save money and cook. However, we made things work and had an amazing time. I would definitely stay here again

Visit son @ school and spend Easter as a family

Property was very nicely newly remodeled with new appliances also. The billiards room was great for family interaction. Bedrooms very are large with plenty of storage. The 2nd floor deck had a great view of the city. Location was very close to anything downtown. Highly recommend this property for any events especially at Lucas Oil. Owner was very nice and responsive.

Generally Good

Super clean and as shown in pictures. 30 min walk to Lucas Oil.Shower little odd on 2nd floor, sprayer very low and window placement little inconvenient. On corner of intersection with one way; could use little better instructions on how to find parking.

I am surprised that you giving us review of one start after what you did to the house. You got kicked out because you was having a party of 40 people, you guys damaged all the walls, broke the furniture, smoke weed inside the house and made so much of mess. Its clearly says on the listing that no parties, gatherings and smoking allowed at this property. You guys still haven't paid the damages and the cleaning fee we requested. we already complained you to Vrbo on the same day and i will make sure they ban you to do future bookings and you wouldn't get the chance to do damage someone else house.

Not what is listed

First off there is no hot tub as it states in the description, only a jacuzzi, so please don’t be fooled like I was. The rest was decent but very very upset at the fact I couldn’t either get my refund or get my booking switched to something that would have accommodated us better.

Sorry to hear about your experience but we went through our listing description and it only mention jacuzzi. Also Vrbo has its refund policy which we cant change and we also didn't have any property available with hot tub to accommodate you.

Highway house

Let me first say that the inside was clean and well kept. Looks like it was a quick remodel job. The jacuzzi tup drain plug did not fully close so we could not fill the tub up to use the jacuzzi. The upstairs shower is sized for small children and adults under 5’. The pool table was fun. The property was originally shown to be located a couple blocks north of the highway but sadly it was exactly next to the highway. It was very hard to relax or sleep when all you hear is traffic from the main street out front and tons of loud trucks and traffic from highway next door. Speaking of next door, the buildings on either side looked abandoned and possibly home to homeless meth addicts. It’s a bad sign when you see the AC unit chained to the ground out back. It is a very sketchy area. I do not recommend for families with kids. This house was deceiving based on original post location.

Hi Bill! I don't know why you couldn’t use the Jacuzzi, we have checked the Jacuzzi plug and it works fine and other guests been using it without any issues. If you taking about the it’s showing different location that’s not in our hand, it’s the vrbo app which showing house little further then its real location, we already contacted vrbo about it. House is in the downtown area which is very safe and we never had any issues, I lived there for 3 years myself.also one side the house is a car dealership and the other side is a music school, building are just old which made you assume things.
