Other things to note
Currently we have a 6 passenger golf cart available to reserve as an add-on for $50/night, now included in your final price as of May 8th 2025.
The pool is available to heat November through April for an additional $25/day. Just let us know and we can collect payment through Airbnb. Keep in mind we have a heat pump and this works best when temperatures are above 50 degrees. It will not turn on if temps are below 50.
NO Trailers, Passenger Vans, RVs, Scooters, Boats, or Motorcycles are permitted within the Villas per HOA rules

Jeremy and Michelle reside in upstate NY where the Winters are long, the Summers are spectacular, the Falls are stunning and well the Spring is more Winter. With a family of 5 we quickly learned vacations were so much better in a house. When you're sticking a pack and play in the bathroom so the baby can sleep in darkness and quiet in doesn't feel like the vacation you hoped for. We hope this amazing home in Miramar Beach gives you and your family lasting memories!

We toured many areas in the Florida Panhandle but once we stumbled upon Miramar Beach we haven't looked back. Our culdesac location in The Villas of Frangista provides the perfect blend of quiet relaxation and access to the beach.

We have the largest oasis pool in the neighborhood. At an enormous size of 20'x28' you'll be able to all enjoy the pool at once! Check out our garage boasting some amazing exercise equipment. Get your run done on the beach and weights at the house.
