Peaceful Lakeside Retreat. Dog Friendly!

Ready to relax and enjoy lake life? Make lasting memories and be our guest at the Lil' Blue Bungalow! Enjoy easy access to all the delicious restaurants and fun amenities Lake Geneva has to offer. Spring at the bungalow is a beautiful and tranquil time to come unwind and rest after a day at the lakes, slopes, or visiting the local shops. Our charming vacation home is peaceful and quiet year-round. Cozy up near the backyard fire pit, take in all the nature or look for stars and oftentimes wildlife!

We offer two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, and one pull out queen sofa bed. The master suite has an en-suite bathroom and a laundry closet to use during your stay. The second bedroom has a bathroom just down the hall on the opposite side of the master for extra privacy. Both bedrooms have a queen size bed and plenty of space to enjoy. The second front bedroom can be used as a working environment with a private desk area and high-speed wifi.

Get your day started on the right foot with our adorable coffee corner! Drip coffee maker, tea kettle, Nespresso machine and French press are available to enjoy your inner barista and be caffeinated during your stay.

Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, stove, and refrigerator. We have all dishes, utensils, blender, toaster oven, glasses and pots and pans for you to enjoy home-cooked meals at the bungalow. If you love to bake like us, we also have baking sheets, mixing bowls, hand mixer and cookie scoop!

The house features lots of beautiful natural light. Our living room has a 55" Smart TV to cozy up on the couch and watch your favorite movie or show. We also have an electric fireplace in the living room for the perfect cozy ambience.

High speed wifi and a Smart TV with access to Netflix, Hulu, Prime TV among others preinstalled (you will need to provide your own logins).

Linens, towels, pillows, and blankets are provided, and special dog towels/ blankets are provided for the furry guests so they don't have to share with their humans :)

Family friendly: We provide a Pack-N-Play and highchair when traveling with an infant or upon request.

We are very passionate about the environment and are proud to be a member of 1 Percent for the Planet!

Floor fans are provided in each room. We also have one space heater.

Garage:
Summer amenities: Two standup paddle-boards, two Fat tire beach cruisers, two kayaks. 4 lifejackets are included. (May through September **weather dependent**)

Guests will have access to the garage and summer amenities ONLY when they have signed and agreed to the release and liability waivers provided by the Host. Guests are not allowed to use garage for anything other than access to the recreational equipment.

Outside:
Our huge yard consists of a fire pit, back deck with a patio table and chairs, and a covered patio with cozy twinkle lights, an egg chair, and coffee corner to enjoy the sunrise and relax! (Please note outdoor furniture will be put away in winter)

Guest access:
Parking available for confirmed guests on our attached driveway.

Only registered paying guests are allowed on the property so please make sure to include all guests when booking.

Your furry friends are welcome! Courtesy of your stay we provide a doggy blanket for the couch, dog bowls and drinking mat, poop bags, treats, and a lint roller.

Please be sure to include the dog in the reservation or reach out after booking so we can properly prepare the bungalow. Dog waste must be picked up immediately and discarded throughout your stay.

Pets may not be left unattended unless they are properly trained and will stay at the house quietly. Please no new puppies less than 1 year old.

Other things to note:
Guests agree to keep the premises in good condition and be financially responsible for any items missing or broken.

Please note there is a Ring video doorbell security camera at the front door facing the driveway for added safety, security, and a contactless check-in. There is also a noise detection software.

This is a NO SMOKING rental. Any evidence of smoking or vaping on the property is a $300 fine and any evidence of a party is a $500 fine. We have wonderful neighbors that we will continue to respect in this quiet community. If you are using this rental to be loud and party this is not the place for you.
