Cute cul de sac home

Home is convenient to everything that you'll need: shopping, the universities, downtown, etc. Checking in was smooth, and the home had necessities for a comfortable stay.

Quaint Cul-de-sac Home

The home itself is delightfully charming with many original details like the doorknobs, paneling and floor. The home was very clean and well stocked for our visit. The location worked well for us as we were at a tournament at the Greensboro Coliseum Complex. The location was quiet and easily accessible to many attractions in Greensboro.

State Honors Band at UNCG

Came on Friday for the State Honors band event. This was the perfect spot, so close to campus. We even were allowed to do a noon check out so our kiddo could change into concert attire!

Clean Home

This home was very neat and clean in what seemed like a very safe neighborhood. It was on a dead end cul-de-sac. I would definitely stay here again given the opportunity.

Cute Property on a Quiet Street by UNCG

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The place was clean and cozy. As someone traveling with young kids, I liked that the house was on a quiet street and had a fenced backyard for little ones to play in. The owner was prompt in responses and nice to work with.

Comfortable bungalow

Lovely abode for my stay in Greenville. The house was very clean and beds were comfortable. For someone who isn’t familiar with smart locks, I had a small problem at arrival since it was dark. Leaving a light on or making sure smartlock pad is lit up. Overall, a lovely and comfortable stay.

The property was nice and good location. The owner was prompt with responses and helping us when we had issues. Unfortunately, the A/C went out and it was 83 degrees in the home for the first day/night. The owner did get someone out to fix it the next day which was great, and we understand things like this can happen but owner did not offer any sort of discount or compensation for the inconvenience for our first night. Overall it was a good experience. We very much enjoyed the backyard that had plenty of space.

Cozy Stay

We were in town for the AAU Jr. Olympics. It was very close to the stadium for us and just the right amount of space. We had a few issues with the people staying in the condo upstairs (didn't realize there was a sperate place above when we booked). This was in no way the property owners fault. They handled the situation for us and were nothing be helpful. Communication was absolutely amazing. They were nothing but kind and helpful. We even arrived a few hours early and were allowed access upon arrival. Would definitely suggest this property to others.

Convenient location to aquatic center but not walking distance. Home is nice and very clean. Adjacent apartments can be a little noisy at night. Large back yard but not really a place to sit. Bathroom is quite small. We enjoyed our stay and it met our needs for the event we attended at an affordable price. Host checked in and was response.

Over all the rooms are exactly as described. Only problem is that if you’re staying for a month it won’t be cleaned nor serviced. I asked the host if it will be cleaned and was told it wasn’t inclusive and that if I wanted it cleaned he would have to ask the cleaners how much they will charge to clean the room and to me that was kinda strange . If someone is staying for a month or more than a month provision should be made to clean their rooms. Apart from that everything was as advertised. Host was very responsive and all my concerns were addressed in a timely manner.

The host is welcoming and very responsive. Only think I didn’t like was not having my room cleaned or the house cleaned for a whole month and half. I think the host should add that to the room price so the sheets and house is cleaned at least once a week.
