Great location and charm

This house had everything I needed for a wonderful month in the sun! It was walking distance to the beach and Flagler ave, which is exactly what I was looking for. The yard was great for having friends over for happy hour. My dog loved the fenced yard too. The owner was very nice and responsive to any questions.

This is our ultimate health retreat - and family get togethers, or a place to have solace; cutest house with a lush shaded huge backyard sancuary. The infared sauna session followed by a swim or surf in the ocean keeps you glowing and going all day. Our family and our dogs have enjoyed the spaciousness of this charming home our eclectic furniture and surf vibe. We love walking or biking to the beach (5 min) and Flagler Avenue (10 min. less on a bike) and all activities associated with island living. It is a haven for peace, joy and contentment.
We surf, bike, play tennis 3 parks nearby, and love to eat out on Flager Ave and Canal Street. We love it and wnat you to come explore and experience the ocean majic.

Best street on the island - beach access ramp, out the back, sunset views from the front door, lush shady treed with tropical plants in the huge fenced backyard make this a retreat for the soul. The neighbors and renters are great and everyone is content to be here.
