Beautiful house, in a very peaceful setting. The fire pit was great. The kitchen is very well equipped and it was very nice to have the espresso machine available. The cell phone service is very spotty.

The house was even more beautiful in person than in the photos. It was spacious, very clean, and beautifully decorated. The views are stunning and the house itself was well laid out and fully equipped - details such as throw blankets in the living room, hair dryer and bathroom supplies, a special coffee maker, spices, etc. We really enjoyed the deck and fire pit too. The house was perfect for our family as we gathered in Eagle for our daughter's wedding. Karin, the host, was very communicative and responsive and we felt so welcomed.

Beautiful home, great neighborhood with paths to walk or hike on. No cell service at the house but WiFi was strong. Would recommend.

Can’t beat the views from this property. No cell service as expected, but WiFi was FAST. House was immaculately clean. We really only used the downstairs since it was just my fiancée and I. Very spacious, very private, very quiet. And the best part, no bears, minimal bugs outside at night, and sometimes deer prancing outside! We stayed to attend a wedding at Frost Creek. Other guests had traffic issues coming from outside, but not us! Lovely space, and we highly recommend booking here!

We had a corporate "team retreat" and brought people in from Chicago to enjoy Eagle and the surrounding areas. They absolutely LOVED everything about Karin's home. It was a short stay, but the outdoor space took the cake! The fire pit and patio furniture was perfect for evening cocktails and an afternoon nap. They also mentioned how comfortable the beds were! Amazing home and host - HIGHLY recommend!

We’ve stayed at Karin’s home a few times now—great house/great host!!Only thing to note is it resides south of Eagle in a members only club community, and club amenities cannot be used by non-members.

This is our second stay at this property and it feels like a home away from home. Plenty of space and bedrooms and bathrooms for the 5 of us, beautiful outdoor views and wildlife. Fully stocked kitchen. Super clean and great communication. Thanks for having us back in your beautiful home!

Great summer stay!

We had a wonderful stay this summer. Karin is highly helpful, responsive and friendly. The place is nice and well appointed—well stocked kitchen, comfortable/nice rooms and living space, awesome patio with fire pit. We’ll be back!

We had a perfect stay at this house. It had everything we needed and the host was great. The view and atmosphere was amazing. Very quiet neighborhood and it was just outside of town. We will be back again.

Great stay in Colorado.

First class property with great mgmt. Very highly recommend. Only issue at all to be cognizant of is the property is a bit out of the way, 45 min to Ford Hall at Beaver Creek.

Beautiful Place

The house was amazing. It was not far from town. We enjoyed the weather and great restaurants near the house. Would definitely stay here again. Everything was well marked and had all the necessities.

Eagle House

Beautifully appointed, comfortable, new home. Great wildlife viewing from outdoor patio and from indoor dining room. We enjoyed our stay so much that we would like to return.
