Modern, 50 m² well appointed apartment with lots of ammenities including a washer / dryer and cable tv . Updated furniture, appliances, everything! Located just steps from the center of Chamonix, less than 5 minutes from the Aiguille du Midi and across the street from the shuttle (Le Mulet). Close to everything you need and want. Shops, restaurants nearby. Private indoor parking, 2 dedicated ski lockers .

The apartment comes with a dedicated parking spot in the underground garage and unassigned, gated parking outside. There are 2 ski lockers and a storage room in the basement.

Our 50 square meter apartment has 2 balconies, both with stunning mountain views. The balcony off the living room has amazing views of the Mont Blanc.

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with top of the line appliances, including induction top, convection/microwave oven, a washer/dryer and dishwasher. We have French, English and other language TV, as well as wifi.

The living room (lounge) is spacious and features a table for 4 to 6 people, a sitting area with tv, and a couch which converts to a very comfortable queen size bed. Who wants to wake up with a back ache on a day of skiing or hiking? We made sure this is a high quality couch and is so comfy, you will wake up well rested and ready to conquer the mountains. There is a closet right next to the couch, so you can easily put away the comforters and turn the bed into a couch.

The bedroom features a queen size bed (sleeps 2) and plenty of space to put away your clothes. The bed's mattress will give you that well deserved rest after a day in the mountains.

The bathroom has a heated towel rack, double sink and shower/bathtub.

We had a wonderful time at Annette and Bjorn’s apartment! It was so clean, comfortable, and it’s location is very close to restaurants and stores. Annette sent an email to me when we arrived to make sure everything was fine and Victor who showed us how everything works in the apartment was so helpful and kind. Wonderful place with everything needed. Spacious and comfortable. Convenient to the tourist area but quiet and away from the crowds. Wonderful wraparound balcony with great view of Mont Blanc. We loved it. Great to have parking provided. We were able to use their surface lot, since the underground spot is tight for larger vehicles.

Wonderful Winter Stay in Chamonix

We had a wonderful first stay in Chamonix. Property manager was very helpful at check-in. Location is perfect to downtown shops and restaurant as well as ski buses to the slopes. Our car remained parked for the entire stay! Bed was extremely comfortable. Would book here again!

Host was responsive, but the 150 euros convenience fee for Vrbo was shocking. I didnt catch it on the website before booking, otherwise I would have had second thoughts. Apartment location was great, but extremely cold in living room. Space heater was inadequate for the cold weather, esp with the cold air passing thru poorly insulated window doors. Also, the replaced shower head did not fit into the shower holder, so I had to wash with one hand. Also, hot water would disappear, if too many people showered during the day. Kitchen had all the equipment. Kitchen sink tiny, so forget about washing any dishes. Owners just flip the unit for vacationers. Differed maintenance all over.

Great place in a great location

The apartment was the ideal location for my partner and I. The location made the lifts very accessible for hiking/climbing. It was walking distance to everything we needed. We had a rental car and didn’t need to move it once during our 5 day stay! The place was very clean and comfortable. And amazing views on top of everything else. Great location and space

My wife & I stayed recently for 4 nights and loved the proximity out the door to the best trail runs Chamonix had to offer. Annette was very communicative throughout the process as was the property manager. It was very hot for 2 of our days and they were able to drop off an extra fan as the unit didn't have A/C which made it comfortable.

1st trip to France

Very nice. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. The kitchen was smaller than what we are used to, but was still quite useful. My frame was a little too long for the couch, but we made it work. Overall a very pleasant place to stay. I even got a massage from the place downstairs!

We have been to Chamonix before in the summer. This time was a winter getaway and this apartment was everything we wanted; comfortable bed, kitchen, nice washroom facilities, parking and location. I would recommend instructions in english for the W/D; other than that, we would stay here again and do really recommend to others looking for a self-catering and an affordably priced apartment.

Fantastic Apartment with wonderful views

The apartment was great, just around the corner from the L’Aiguille du Midi cable car and only a couple of minutes walk from the centre of Chamonix. We had everything we needed in the apartment it was clean and tidy and very comfortable. The views from the living room and balcony of the glacier and Mont Blanc were truly spectacular especially in the evening light. Viktor the property manager was great, he met us on arrival and made sure we knew where everything was etc. We had a wonderful week hiking in Chamonix and the apartment was a very comfortable place to return to after a long day in the mountains.

Wonderful experience ... Location couldn’t be better. Apartment beautifully remodeled and well appointed. We had everything we needed. Alex was wonderful to work with and extremely responsive. The only issue we had was the address for the apartment on the VRBO/home away reservation confirmation did not match the actual address. Use the address from the instructions from Alex. Location so central car not necessary if you use free bus system to get to ski resorts.
