With a capacity of 6 people, this bright, spacious apartment is perfect for families or groups of friends looking for comfort and nature. With two comfortable bedrooms, it offers everything you need for a pleasant stay, whether dedicated to winter sports or summer relaxation.
The balcony, equipped with a table for 4, offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains, a perfect setting for your breakfasts or moments of relaxation in the open air.
The accommodation is fully equipped to meet your every need: Wi-Fi to stay connected, a TV for your relaxing evenings, as well as a modern kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine to prepare your meals with ease. A washing machine, hairdryer and iron are also available for your convenience. For ski lovers, a ski room is available, and for your car, a secure parking/garage is available. Please note that the height of the garage does not allow vehicles over 1.80 meters to be parked.

- Less than a 2-minute walk from the pedestrian street in the center of town, where you'll find stores, restaurants, a cinema and other businesses.
You'll be right next to the market, open on Saturdays, walks along the banks of the Arve, an ice rink, swimming pool and the magnificent QC Terme SPA.
What's more, at the foot of the residence, you'll find the Champ du Savoy, where the ESF ski school is located and where you can take the ski lift to the Brévent-Flégère gondola if the snow conditions are good! If not, the gondolas are 10-15 minutes away, with a nice climb to warm you up!
For your daily needs, a “Super U and Drive” supermarket is less than 5 minutes' walk away.
During your stay, you'll have the chance to discover the Aiguille du Midi cable car, less than 15 minutes away on foot.
