Cozy, Clean, and Comfortable. The Sunshine Bungalow offers modern amenities and new furnishings with amazing country views. This home is an original Lustron Steel home built in 1953 and is located within 2 minutes of downtown Greensburg and 5 minutes from I-74. Make this property your go-to stay while in town and enjoy the breath-taking country sunset views!
The Sunshine Bungalow is one of 2500 Original Lustron Steel homes built in the 1950's. The steel home has been redesigned for modern comfort with a large kitchen with adjacent dining. The living room is spacious and the two bedrooms are very quiet and comfortable.
There are two outdoor seating areas to enjoy your morning coffee watching horses graze and then again in the evening with a drink enjoying the sunset!
The whole property except the garage is yours to enjoy during your stay!
Other things to note: We have a level 2 EV Charger free to use and a full RV Hookup.
